Objective:In order to evaluate the possible advantage of impacted teeth extraction under general anesthesia,90 patients were been selected. All of them used to accepted impacted teeth extraction under general anesthesia in Yijishan hospital from June 2016 to December 2017.Meanwhile,the anxiety index and the postoperative complications were been analyzed. The purpose is to provide academic support for the clinical application and promotion.Methods:1.Before the operation:(1)Record the score of depression and anxiety through the use of SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)and SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)in the day before the operation.(2)Preventive use of antibiotics in the 0.5h before the operation.Skin test negative, use the Cefuroxime sodium;skin test positive, use the Clindamycin.2.In the operation:(1)Tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.Aureomycin ointment applied to the corner of lips.(2)The "small Angle" incision was made in the operation.(3)Use the electrosurgery unit to stop the bleeding.Use the impact air handpiece to remove bone and teeth.(4)Scratched the tooth extraction.Reset the alveolar socket.3-0 absorbable line sutured adhesive periosteal flap.(5)Record the number of alveolar bone fracture.3.After the operation:(1)Three days of antibiotic treatment.Intravenous drip of dexamethasone 5mg for 2days.After 24 h,chlorhexidine was used.(2)Record the score of depression and anxiety through the use of SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)and SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)in the day after the operation.Recorded the VAS scores for three consecutive days.(3)Record the number of infection, limited opening, nerve injury symptom and dry chamfer disease.Results:1.Among the 90 patients,17% is preventive extraction.Among the 90 patients,81% of the patients was asked for the teeth extraction under general ansethesia.2.The male patients scores of SDS and SAS before the surgery are 45.84 and 46.47,after the surgery are 32.16 and 28.47.The female patients scores before the surgery are58.69 and 58.31,after the surgery are 42.33 and 41.59.Male is significantly lower than the female(p<0.05).3.The VAS scores of the first day is 42.17±15.41,The VAS scores of the second day is44.90±11.69,The VAS scores of the third day is 42.24±15.36.The second day is higher than the first, the third day is lower than the next(p > 0.05).4.52% of the patients have facial swelling and restricted symptoms of open mouth, only two of them are severely swollen. At the same time,2 patients have tiff erosion. In addition,2 patients have symptoms of nerve injury.None of the patients had dry groove.Conclusion:1.More and more patients have the painless need during the treatment process.Tooth extraction under general anesthesia is a great choice for patients.2.The central nervous system can be inhibited under general anesthesia, then caused to a temporary memory loss. The impacted teeth extraction under general anesthesia have the advantages of painless, comfortable and safe.It is worth recommending to more patients.
