Intelligent Detection Method Of Pulmonary Nodules Based On Medical Cloud

By using PC,PAD,smart phone,and mobile network technology,Image cloud allow doctor to read medical image at any time and any place to understand patients condition.For doctors who need more detailed information,they can utlize cloud diagnosis service to establish remote diagnosis meeting to communicate with their patients and other doctors.This cloud diagnosis service can help doctor to analyze and make medical diagnosis comprehensively.At present,in view of the increasing of hospital's internal image storage and the difficulties of data sharing between regional hospitals.This paper introduced a new construction scheme of a medical cloud platform,which was developed by Neusoft Medical Systems.My contricutions,the key technology solutions,were described in this paper,which were finished in almost two years of my internship in Neusoft Medical System.Second,lung cancer is one of the highest incidence and mortality in the world.Every year,there will be 700 thousand people who have lung cancer.The early diagnosis or screening is very important for patients.With the increasing of the population aging in China,lung cancer has seriously harm to human health.At present,there is no clear and unified treatment for lung cancer,the most effective way is prevention.The early symptoms of lung cancer is a small nodule,so the screening of pulmonary nodules is particularly important.This paper studies and implements a method of automatic detection of pulmonary nodules,and gives a quantitative analysis of the parameters of the target.Based on the comparison and analysis of sensitivity,false positive rate,false negative rate and other parameters,the algorithm has high clinical value and can help doctors to assist in the detection and diagnosis of the purpose.A small or tiny nodule is very hard to find and confirm by human eye,it is the key problem of the intelligent and automated detetion and analysis methods.This paper describes medical cloud and automatic detection methods of pulmonary nodules,and the way to achieve the intelligent detection of pulmonary nodules based on the medical cloud platform.The full automatic detection scheme provided by the platform is very convenient for the experts or doctors to provide testing services.And we have done in-depth research to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional localization of lung nodule detection software on the algorithm detection efficiency and data transmission stability.Last,it implement a key detection scheme.The proposed solution can be used to provide professional diagnosis and treatment services for doctors in hospitals.
