| Objective:Study on the related Law,Clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and academic Theory of Mr.Xu Jingshi in the course of diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases Method:From January 2016 to June 2017,we collected 474 medical records of Mr.Xu Jingshi's patients from January 2016 to June 2017 by means of image collection.Based on the clinical medical record data processing system provided by the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine,the general situation(including age and sex,name of TCM and western medicine,TCM syndromes,number of times of revisits,number of taste of medication)was calculated by using Excel2013 data perspective table.The frequency of data analysis for the frequency of using Chinese medicine,the flavor of traditional Results:Frequency Analysis Results: 210 cases were included in 474 cases,and 264 cases were female.The largest number of ages is 40-49 years,a total of 107 people,followed by 50-59 years old,a total of 100 people.Traditional Chinese and Western medicine syndromes frequency distribution: 738 of the CPC involved 62 kinds of TCM diseases,104 kinds of Western medicine diseases,128 kinds of TCM syndromes.The average number of treatments per patient was 1.55 times.738 in the first prescription,the most frequent use of the taste is 11 taste,a total of 325 consultations,followed by 12 taste,a total of 244 consultations,the average drug 11.91 taste medicine.Involving 280 kinds of Chinese medicine,a total of 8787 taste,of which more than 100 times the use of Chinese medicine a total of 21 taste.The highest frequency of four gas in the prescription was the micro-cold drug(2,629 times),the second was leveling(2,213),Win She(1750),five of the highest frequency of the drug(4,928),followed by Sin Wei(2,160),sour(1426 times);The highest frequency of drug use in the Order of Tonic Medicine(2,237),soothe the drug(993 times),regulating drugs(898 times).The mostfrequently used drugs in prescriptions and their most commonly used doses were bamboo ru(10g),JuJube kernel(25g),licorice(5g),North Adenophora(20g),Coptis(3g),Radix paeoniae alba(20g),orange shell(15g),Dendrobium(15g),Yuen(10g),Green calyx(20g).The results of association rules showed that there were 27 groups of common drug pairs(0.7% in confidence and 0.7,0.9 in support group),24 groups in which support degree was 10 and confidence was 0.9.Complex network analysis and extraction of core prescriptions results: Mr.Xu Xing Clinical use of the core drugs for Bamboo RU,the first association found the drug for the JuJube kernel,two-level association found drugs for radix paeoniae Alba,licorice,Coptis,three-level association found drugs for the North Adenophora,Orange shell.Conclusion:1.Mr.Xu is good at treating medical diseases,especially in the spleen,liver,heart and species.2.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases,the taste of medicine is not many,and the medicine of Ganping and slight cold is well used,and the medicine of tonifying deficiency,especially the medicine of tonifying yin,is very good.3,In the treatment,pay attention to the principle of spleen treatment,liver regulation,good nourishing spleen yin and liver body,sparsely regulating qi machine. |
