Clinical Study On The Levels Of MDA?SOD And AOPP In Treating Hyperthyroidism With Liver Damage By Chaishao Erzhi Powder

1 Objective To observe the changes of TCM clinical symptoms and related test indexes in patients with hyperthyroidism associated with liver injury after intervention by Chaishao Erzhi Powder,and to analyze the therapeutic effect of Chaishao Erzhi Powder on hyperthyroidism with liver damage and the correlation between the related detection indexes and the curative effect.To explore the mechanism of Chaishao Erzhi Powder in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver damage,and to provide a new and effective treatment method for hyperthyroidism patients with liver damage.2 Methods The sixty patients with hyperthyroidism and liver function damage who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected and divided into 30 treatment groups and 30 control groups by random number table method.In the treatment group,methimidazole was given in combination with Chaishao Erzhi Powder,and in the control group,methimidazole was given in combination with polyene phosphatidylcholine for 4 weeks,and one course of treatment was conducted for 12 consecutive weeks.The changes of serum thyroid hormone,liver function,thyroid B ultrasound and TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment.And carries on the safety appraisal,to monitor the data row statistical analysis.3 Results(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of FT3 and FT4 in both groups decr-eased signific-antly(P<0.05)and TSH increased(P<0.05).The level of FT3 and FT4 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control gro up(P<0.05),and the TSH was significantly increased(P<0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of treatment,the liver function biochemical indicators of ALT,AST,AKP,?-GT and TBIL in the two groups were lower than those before trea-tment(P<0.05),and the levels of ALT,AST,AKP,?-GT,and TBIL in the treat ment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of MDA?AOPP in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the activity of se-rum SOD was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);The treatment of the two groups was compared between groups.Compared with the control group,the serum le-vels of MDA and AOPP in the treatment group decreased more signific-antly(P<0.05),and the SOD activity increased more significantly(P<0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of treatment,the heart rate of the two groups was lower than that of the former group(P < 0.05),and compared with the control group,the heart rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(5)After 12 weeks of treatment,the degree of goitre in the two groups was hig-her than that be-fore treatment(p<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).(6)After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(p<0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(7)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%(P < 0.05).(8)The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05)and the safety was higher.4 Conclusion Treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver function damage by chaishaoerzhi powder can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs,protect damaged liver cells,restore thyroid function and liver function,and its mechanism may be to improve the antioxidant ability of the body.Clearing the production of oxygen free radicals,inhibiting the damage of oxidative stress,restoring the oxygen supply of liver cells,alleviating liver cell damage and restoring liver function,will continue to be further studied in the future.In clinical treatment,the side effects are less and the degree is light.The safety curative effect is good.
