Clinical Study Of Xue Du Qing On Inflammatory Markers In Patients With Acinetobacter Bauman Infective Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

1 Objective According to Bauman Acinetobacter infection of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)patients in Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital Professor Zhou Dayong prescription of xueduqing for clinical trials,observe Bauman Acinetobacter infection serum VAP inflammation index changes,observe the infection inflammatory factor of patients before and after treatment(C reaction protein,procalcitonin,serum albumin,white blood cells)and inflammatory reaction index(interleukin-1,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha)changes were also observed before and after treatment all pre outcome score and other indicators of xueduqing real effects of inflammatory indexes in patients with VAP coli infection of Bauman.2 Methods From 2015 07 to 2018 01,60 cases of Bauman's Acinetobacter infection VAP diagnosed by ICU in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number generated by CASIO fx-180 function calculator.The control group was treated with reference to the Chinese Medical Association for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia(2013).On the basis of conventional treatment regimen,the treatment group was added with Zhou Dayong's tutorial experience of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine and the Chinese herbal compound blood poison and clear water decoction after nasal feeding.The patients were given 100 ml daily,2 times a day for a course of 5 days.All the use of Chinese medicine both from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui TCM University,and by the Institute of medicine room fried into a bag,each bag is 100 ml.C reactive protein,two groups were compared before and after treatment the alterations of calcitonin,serum albumin,white blood cells,interleukin-1,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha and APACHE II score,SOFA score,TCM syndrome score,TCM curative effect etc..3 Results(1)two groups of patients after treatment of WBC,PCT,CRP,interleukin 1,interleukin 6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha were decreased(P<0.05),compared with group WBC,PCT,CRP,interleukin 1,interleukin 6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha decreased obviously,compared with significance(P<0.05).(2)two groups of patients were all increased after PA treatment(P < 0.05);after two groups of treatment,PA in treatment group increased more significantly,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).(3)the score of APACHEII score,SOFA score and TCM syndrome score decreased(P<0.05)after treatment in the two groups,and the score of the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).(4)in the control group,10 cases were clinically controlled,10 cases were invalid,7 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and the overall effective rate was 66.66%.The treatment group had 14 cases of clinical control,2 cases were ineffective,8 cases were markedly effective,6cases were effective,the overall effective rate was 93.33%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Conclusion The blood poison cleanergy improve Bauman Acinetobacter infection of VAP in patients with WBC,PA,PCT,CRP,interleukin-1,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha levels,promote the repair of patients with inflammatory reaction;blood poison cleanergy decreased in patients with APACHE II score,SOFA score and TCM syndrome when the product value in the clinical manifestations and prognosis of patients has played a certain role.
