Objective: 1.To explore the epidemic dynamic situation and composition of the digestive system malignant tumors,as well as present scientific data for the prevention and control of the digestive system malignant tumors in nanchong city.2.To detect the heterochromatin protein-1gamma(HP1?)in the gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions,and to analysis the clinical significance of the results.Methods: 1.Data were collected in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from 2002 to 2016.Microsoft Excel and SPSS 17.0 were used to analyze the data statistically.2.Selected 60 of gastric cancer tissue from Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College during 2015 to 2016,including 20 poorly,moderately and well differentiated cases of gastric cancer respectively,and randomly selected the relevant tumor margins of 20 in 60 as normal gastric tissue.Selected 10 gastric mucosa high grade dysplasia,and 10 gastric mucosal intraepithelial cancer in addition,we selected a total of 100 cases of specimens,and using the immunohistochemical technique to detect HP1? expression.Used SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the experimental data.The inspection level is P<0.05.Used Rank and inspection to compare the HP1? expression level in groups of gastric cancer and its development.The different groups to compare in two result was compared with the P value after Bonferroni correction.Used mean ąSD to indicate the measurement data.Used the independent sample t test to compare the expression level of HP1? in gastric cancer of the groups.Results: 1.A total of 40368 cases of the digestive system malignant tumors were observed for a span of 15 years,which accounting for 61.36% of all the malignant tumor.The number of male patients was 28411,while that of female patients was 11957,resulting in a male-to-female ratio of 2.38:1.After the age of 40 years old,the cases of malignant tumor in male and female were both obvious rising up,and most cases of malignant tumors(39.25%)occurred in the 60-69 age group.The first four patients of the digestive system malignant tumors were esophageal carcinoma,colorectal carcinoma,adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction and gastric carcinoma.The largest component of the malignant tumors was esophageal carcinoma,while the fastest growth was colorectal carcinoma.Esophageal gastric junction adenocarcinoma and gastric cancer were similar with each other in the number of morbidity and incidence.2.HP1? mainly located in the nucleus,in most normal gastric tissue the positive expression of HP1? protein is low,and in the gastric mucosa high grade dysplasia,gastric mucosal intraepithelial cancer,gastric cancer,HP1? protein expression were significantly increased,and the difference has statistical significance(P< 0.01);The expression level of HP1? in gastric adenocarcinoma was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P< 0.05),while it was not related to other clinical pathological parameters.Conclusion: 1.In general,the digestive system malignant tumor is on the rise,which the number of cases of men was more than women,and the onset of tumors in men and women were significantly different.The morbidity peak age is lower than the national average',and the largest component is esophageal carcinoma.In conclusion,the preeminence of esophageal carcinoma of the digestive system malignant tumor is the key of cancer prevention in nanchong region.At the same time,screening with the incidence of high-risk groups,to improve the level of population health ultimately.2.In most normal gastric tissue,HP1? protein expression is low,while in gastric cancer and its development,HP1? protein is high expression,and in gastric cancer,its expression level is negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation,we speculated that HP1? high expression is closely related to the occurrence and differentiation mechanism of gastric adenocarcinoma,which prompt its relevant genes may occur in gastric cancer development,such as a cancer-causing genes,but its specific role and function still need further study to elucidate.
