With modern learning and work pressure increasing and aggravation of environmental pollution,the number of cancer patients has increased.Tumor has become the common disease threating to human health and life and its morbidity and mortality is on the rise.Many tumor patients accompanied by pain during his illness need catheter infusion of chemotherapy drugs in the process of treatment,which often requires multiple cycles of repeated treatment to reduce the patient's condition.Therefore,based on the patient's follow-up,the psychological status of the patients in disease,medication,diet,changes,diagnosis and treatment effect can be timely understood and mastered,so that a targeted guidance and periodic review of patients can be provided and the patients gradually recovered.In this case the patient's quality of life can be improved,the doctor-patient contradiction can be effectively solved and efficiency of hospital follow-up could be improved,providing further more personalized service to patients.The development of the time promoted the rapid evolution of follow-up forms,which have been developed from the traditional paper-based way to the information and communication technology based one.For establishing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and promoting hospital brand image,follow-up was implemented as the means to care for patients.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing medical follow-up research status at home and abroad,the feasibility analysis,overall demand analysis,business process analysis,functional and non-functional analysis to the hospital tumor follow-up system were conducted,and then based on the MVC design pattern,adopting WCF framework and EF framework and using the.Net platform we developed the tumor medical follow-up system B/S model,and the system was tested.System established in this paper implements the follow-up function of the common tumors,the pain of patients with tumor and PICC tumor patients.Through the way of combining network and smart phones,the patients were inquired in details in accordance with designed follow-up content.The period of each follow-up patient type was intelligently calculated according to the results of patient follow-up.Their state of illness can be traced in time.On the basis of this,combined with the hospital management system,using the bayesian network inference learning mechanism,build the patients survival quality based on Bayesian network model,to find the important factors influencing the patients'survival rate and survival quality.And based on this,combining with the basic information of patients,it is recommended to recommend the optimal treatment plan for patients,and improve the patient's treatment efficiency,so as to enhancing the survival rate and quality of patients.After the success of the system running,on the one hand,the efficiency of follow-up and the patient's satisfaction have been improved to accelerate the transform of the traditional medical model;on the other hand,the hospital received a complete and continuous electronic follow-up data providing the complete and continuous data support for the medical research and application.
