Correlative Study Between The Hypertension Severity Of Kazakh In Xinjiang And TCM Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the correlation between the hypertension grades?risk stratification of Kazakh hypertension patients in Xinjiang and TCM deficiency syndrome,provide a theoretical basis for the Xinjiang region of Kazakh hypertension prevention.Methods: In the form of questionnaire scale case-control study,completed 220 cases of the Kazakh hypertension and 98 cases of the normal blood pressure control in all.Proceeding the diagnostic evaluation of high blood pressure?deficiency syndrome of TCM syndrome type ? laboratory detection and the method of combining the Ultrasonic cardiogram For high blood pressure cases.Evaluate the blood pressure serious situation of Kazakh hypertension cases,and the comparison of score of deficiency syndrome?biochemical criterion and Ultrasonic cardiogram of hypertension group and normal blood pressure control group.The correlation analysis of the blood pressure serious situation of Xinjiang Kazakh hypertension cases and TCM deficiency syndrome Results:(1)The TC?TG? BUN?GLU?AD?LA of Kazakh hypertension group significantly higher than normal blood pressure control group(P<0.05);(2)The score of qi?blood?yin?yang?heart?lung?spleen?liver?kidney deficiency syndrome of Kazakh hypertension group significantly higher than normal blood pressure control group(P<0.05);(3)The score of TCM deficiency syndrome increased gradually with the increase of hypertension grade level,the score of qi?blood?yin?yang?spleen?stomach?liver?kidney deficiency syndrome of hypertension level 3 group significantly higher than hypertension level 1 group and hypertension level 2 group(P<0.05);(4)The score of qi?blood?yin?yang?heart?liver?kidney deficiency syndrome of hypertension cases increased gradually with the increase of level of high blood pressure risk stratification.The score of qi?blood?yang deficiency syndrome of hypertension very high-risk group significantly higher than hypertension low risk group?hypertension middle risk group?hypertension high risk group(P<0.05);The score of yin?spleen?liver deficiency syndrome of hypertension very high-risk group significantly higher than hypertension low risk group?hypertension high risk group(P<0.05);The score of lung deficiency syndrome of hypertension very high-risk group significantly higher than hypertension high risk group(P<0.05);The score of stomach deficiency syndrome of hypertension very high-risk group significantly higher than hypertension low risk group?hypertension middle risk group(P<0.05);The score of liver deficiency syndrome of hypertension middle risk group significantly higher than hypertension low risk group(P<0.05);The score of liver deficiency syndrome of hypertension high risk group significantly higher than hypertension low risk group(P<0.05);The score of kidney deficiency syndrome of hypertension very high-risk group significantly higher than hypertension low risk group(P< 0.05);(5)The hypertension grades ? hypertension risk stratification of Kazakh hypertension group are positively correlated with the qi?blood?yin?yang?heart?spleen?stomach?liver?kidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),especially with the most closely related to heart deficiency syndrome(r=0.338,r=0.331;P<0.05)?liver deficiency syndrome(r=0.345,r=0.333;P<0.05)and kidney deficiency syndrome(r=0.340,r=0.330;P<0.05).The study suggest that Kazakh hypertension is related to TCM deficiency syndrome,especially with the most closely related to heart deficiency syndrome?liver deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:(1)TG?BUN?GLU?AD?LA are closely related to Kazakh hypertension;(2)The score of qi?blood?yin?yang?heart?lung?spleen?liver?kidney deficiency syndrome of Kazakh hypertension group significantly higher than normal blood pressure control group;(3)The score of TCM deficiency syndrome of Kazakh hypertension group increased gradually with the increase of hypertension grade level and level of high blood pressure risk stratification;(4)Kazakh hypertension is related to TCM deficiency syndrome,especially with the most closely related to heart deficiency syndrome?liver deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome.
