Objective: This article by analyzing the type of craniopharyngioma patients with postoperative sodium ion disorders, the occurrence of characteristics and the relationship between the factors discussed in patients with craniopharyngioma postoperative sodium ion disorder and the impact of factors.Clinical data and methods:Through retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 35 adult patients with craniopharyngioma confirmed by pathology from June 2012 to August 2017 in Hospital, the gender, age,Tumor location, tumor size, cystic solidity, pathological features, whether calcification, surgical approach, tumor resection, intraoperative pituitary stalk retention, preoperative sodium and water disorders and postoperative water and sodium disorders, preoperative hormone The application of the situation by statistical methods for analysis. Results:A total of 35 subjects were studied in this study,18 male patients and 17 female patients;the youngest 23 years old,the largest 70 years old;tumor diameter: small(<3.0cm)15 cases,large(3.0 ~ 5.0cm)20 cases;saddle Infraorbital type: 10 cases,15 cases with suprasellar suprascapal type,4 caseswith intracerebral type 3 cases: mixed intraventricular and extracranial type 6cases,11 cases of cystic tumors,9 cases of solid tumors, and 15 cases of mixed cystic tumors; There were 22 cases of calcification,13 cases without calcification,14 cases with ameloblasts and 21 cases with squamous papillary type;9 cases with transnasal approach,10 cases with longitudinal frontal crack approach, and 12 cases with pterion approach.Four cases of frontal horn angle approach;23 cases of total and subtotally resected tumors, and partial resection of 12 cases;19 cases of definite pituitary stalk retention;16cases of pituitary stalk not clearly reserved;12 cases of sodium ion disturbance before surgery,Postoperatively, there were 21 cases of sodium ion disorder. The occurrence of postoperative sodium ion disorder was significantly higher than before surgery. The occurrence of postoperative sodium ion disturbance in adults was not related to the patient's age, gender, tumor imaging, tumor calcification, cystic solidity, tumor size, tumor pathology, surgical approach, and tumor resection(p>0.05).,It was related to preoperative sodium ion disturbance and retention of pituitary stalk(p<0.05);type of sodium ion disturbance and patient's age, sex, tumor size, tumor imaging type, tumor calcification, surgical approach There was no correlation between factors such as pituitary stalk retention and tumor resection.Conclusion:1,The incidence of postoperative sodium ion disturbance in patients with craniopharyngioma was statistically related to preoperative sodium ion levelsand pituitary stalk retention during surgery. It was not related to other factors.2,The occurrence of postoperative sodium ion disturbance in adult patients with craniopharyngioma: 1 Preoperative sodium ion disorder> No preoperative sodium ion disorder 2 Pituitary stem not clearly reserved>Pituitary stem clearly reserved.3,The type of sodium ion disorders and pituitary stalk retention, preoperative sodium ion levels and other factors by statistical analysis confirmed no correlation.4,For adult patients with craniopharyngiomas, improve preoperative related examinations and preoperative assessment, intraoperative attention to normal tissue protection, postoperative standardized examination, care and treatment,is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
