Daibaijie is the traditional medicine of the Dai nationality,meaning detoxification of drugs in Dai language.Daibaijie describes bitter cool in the Dai medicine,swelling and stopping pain,heat-clearing and detoxification,into the fire,earth,wind towers;documented in Chinese medicine for the bitter cold,in the heart,lungs and stomach.Use for cough,detoxification,sore throat,mouth sores,ulcers treatment rash,painful urination;can also be used for the removal of a variety of adverse reactions may causing of eating unclean,inappropriate medication.In our country and abroad,such as Dai residential areas in Xishuangbanna,Menglian,Dehong,West Union,Xinping,Myanmar,Laos,use in a very wide range.Daibaijie is the major prescription medicinal solution in medicine "Yajiepian" and Dai hospital preparations such as Banlaliangji,Baijie capsule,Yajiegahan etc.,having a good prospect of application development.In the long time Daibaijie has been identified the dry root from Asclepiadaceae Dregea sinensis.Through the source research was only recently identified as Asclepiadaceae Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb.)Moon dried roots.Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb.)Moon commonly use vine stems as medicinal parts.Roots and leaves can also be used.Other name is as Naijiangteng,Wuguteng,Xianaiteng.Bitter slightly cold,in the lungs,liver.It can be used for detoxification,anti-inflammatory,cough,asthma,cancer,prolactin and so on.The present study about Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb.)Moon focus on the chemical constituents of cane,but the root research is less.Our research about Daibaijie(Marsdenia tenacissima)is the chemical composition of the root,through the systematic solvent extraction,normal phase silica gel column chromatography,preparative high performance liquid chromatography methods isolating from chloroform and ethyl acetate.And we got 34 compounds.Using spectroscopic techniques(NMR,MSetc.),combined with the determination of the physicochemical properties,23 compounds were identified structure,including three pyrrole alkaloids.All compounds were isolated from Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb.)Moon,in which there is all compound that was first isolated species,all the compound is first isolated from natural plants,and 02,03 are new compounds.The 23 compounds were identified as : COM.01 N-carboxyl-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-pyrrole COM.02 N-carboxyl-2-O-(5-Alkynyl-1-hexyl acrylate)hydroxy-4-methoxy-pyrrole COM.03 N-carboxyl-2-O-(methyl-O-1-furan-4-methoxy)-hydroxy-4-methoxy-pyrrole COM.04 Dibutyl Malate COM.05 3,4-hydroxy acid-1,6-dibutyl COM.06 2,5-dihydroxy acid-1,5-dibutyl glutarate COM.07 3-ethoxy-propionic acid ester COM.08 N-Butyl Propionate COM.09 3,4-diethoxy-1,6-dibutyl COM.10 2-Ethoxy Dibutyl Malate COM.11 1-(3-propionic acid butyl)-2-hydroxy-4-butyl butyrate COM.12 2-Vinyl-(1-ethoxyethyl)-1,4-Dibutyl succinate COM.13 3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-1-butyl acetate COM.14 1-hydroxy-1-butoxy-2-butene COM.15 1-butoxy-1,3-butylene COM.16 3-hydroxy-1-heptene COM.17 methyl Shikimate COM.18 Ethyl-?-D-xylopyranose...
