| Objective: to observe the influence of the expression of Syk,P53,Survivin on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)rat gastric mucosa tissue with Jiawei Chaishao liujunzi Decoction(JCLD),clarify the mechanism of prevention and cure PLGC with JCLD.Methods: 120 take Wister healthy male rats were divided into two groups : normal control group and model group,after the success of the building,buildin g module is divided into 5 groups,respectively is: model control group,JCLD hi gh dose group,low dose group,JCLD in JCLD dose group and stomach after spr ing.the rest of the group using the method of comprehensive building,after 24 weeks,with JCLD low,medium and high dose and weifuchun to intervene,and continuous lavage for 16 weeks.Observed the rat stomach tissue pathological changes in HE,using immunohistochemical S-P method detection the expression of syk,P53 and Survivin protein levels.Result:Immunohistochemical results showed that Compared with the normal group,the expression of Syk protein in gastric mucosa tissue in model groups were reduced(P<0.05),Compared with the model group,Weifuchun group,JCLD high,medium low dose group,the expression of Syk protein increased(P<0.05),Compared with the normol group,the expression of P53 protein in gastric mucosa tissue in model groups were increased(P<0.05),Compared with the model group,Weifuchun group,JCLD group of different doses the expression of p53 protein decreased(P<0.05),Compared with the normol group the expression of Survivin positive increased,(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the JCLD high,medium low dose group reduced,high dose of Chinese medicine group decreased most significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion: Jiawei Chaishao liujunzi Decoction(JCLD)as well as the Weifuchun can promote the expression of Syk,inhibit the expression of p53,Survivin,this could be the treatment mechanism of PLGC,It is worth in-depth study and clinical application. |
