Advances In Immunotherapy Of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Background:inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic,relapsing inflammatory disorder caused by a variety of etiologies and abnormal immune responses in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.The pathogenesis of the disease is closely related to the environment,heredity,infection and immunity,and the inflammatory reaction caused by abnormal reaction of intestinal mucosal immune system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.In recent years,with the progress of the research on the pathogenesis of the disease,more and more new immunotherapy strategies and drugs come out.Objective:to provide some references for the clinical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease by reviewing the current researches on the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease with immunosuppressive agents,biological agents and stem cell transplantation.Methods:the key words "inflammatory bowel disease,ulcerative colitis,Crohn’s disease,immune therapy,immunosuppressive agents,biological agents,stem cell transplantation" as key words,to find out the related research of immunotherapy of inflammatory bowel disease,and immune therapeutic strategies are summarized.Results and conclusion:there are a large number of inflammatory bowel disease immunotherapy comprehensive literature,these findings suggest that immunosup pressive agents,biological agents and stem cell transplantation is still the first choice for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
