Lumbar is the most frequent vertebral body spine, which led to a very high incidence of lumbar spine. In order to facilitate doctors to clearly understand the disease spine and disease-free spine in different sports conditions under the lumbar force and displacement of the specific differences, reduce the spine correction surgery to patients with spinal cord disease risk, improve the success rate of doctors The In this paper, the normal lumbar spine and the non-normal(lordosis)lumbar spine are biomechanical finite element analysis and comparison.Predecessors have been analyzing the linear and non-linear models of lumbar spine,single-segment and multi-segment models to predict the clinical biomechanical parameters caused by the entire lumbar spine. In this paper,we selected the CT images of L1-L5 segments of lumbar spine into Mimics to divide the image threshold and perform 3D operation to establish lumbar spine model. The model includes vertebral body, cartilage endplate and protubertal joint. And then in the reverse engineering software to repair, photochemical processing, repair, grid division to get a more perfect lumbar model and reverse engineering software to establish intervertebral disc, this method to establish the disc is really effective and simple The And then the model is divided into the generating body mesh, the material given. The two lumbar spine models were introduced into the finite element analysis software(Ansys). The load and displacement cloud of the model under the three conditions of forward, backward and left flexion are simulated and compared with the model of 500N pretreatment. The force and displacement distributions of the L1-L5 finite element model of normal and non-normal lumbar spine are different under the same working condition and the same load. The normal simulation results in the predecessor of the error range,And the sick lumbar spine than the normal lunbar maximum force and displacement are large. Therefore, the L1-L5 segment finite element model of normal and non-normal lumbar vertebrae can not only effectively simulate and predict the biomechanical properties of the lumbar spine, but also improve the speed and accuracy of the model establishment,so that the model analysis results are real Sex and reliability.
