Clinical Efficacy For Retinal Laser Photocoagulation Combined With Intravitreal Ranibizumab In Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy Complicated A Small Amount Of Vitreous Hemorrhage

Objective:In the research,Providing evidence for a reliable treatment,by observng the clinical efficacy for Retinal laser photocoagulation combined with Intravitreal ranibizumab of Type 2 diabetic retinopathy complicated a small amount of vitreous hemorrhage.Methods:We collected 32 cases(50 eyes)patients form December 2015 to December 2016 who is In treatment in our hospital.All patients were diagnosed with DR complicated a small amount of VH examed by experienced dotcor through ICGA 、FFA and OCT.Two groups were divided :injection combined with Retinal laser photocoagulation group and simple group.Combination group:18 patients,34 eyes.simple group:14patients,16 eyes.We contrast the visual acuity,the thickness of central macular 、Vitreous hemorrhage and postoperative complications among the two different groups.Results:1.central macular thickness :By contrast the BCVA of the combination group and simple group:(1)the contrast of inter-group:2mo、12mo were obviously statistical significance(P=0.000<0.001),1mo、3mo、6mo all statisticallysignificant(P<0.05)(2)the contrast of intra-group: the combination group 1mo、2m、3mo、6mo all statistically significant(P<0.05),the simple group 1mo、2mo、3mo were obviously statistical significance(P=0.000<0.001).2.vitreous hemorrhage.:VH completely cleared after 3month : Combination group 20 eyes,simple group 3eyes;after 6 month: Combination group 29 eyes,simple group 9 eyes;after 12 month: Combination group 31 eyes,simple group 10 eyes.3.Vision: By contrast the BCVA of the combination group and simple group:(1)the contrast of inter-group: refering macula lutea type: 1mo、2mo、3mo、6mo、12mo were statistically significant(P<0.05),.none refering macula lutea type 6mo、12mo were statistical significance(P<0.05),1mo、2mo、3mo have no apparent statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)the contrast of intra-group: Combination group refering macula lutea type 1mo、2mo 、3mo were statistical significance(P<0.05),6mo、12mo have no apparent statistical significance(P>0.05),Combination group none refering macula lutea type 1mo、2mo、3mo、6mowere statistical significance(P<0.05),12 mo have no apparent statistical significance(P>0.05),simple group refering macula lutea type 2mo、3mo 、6mo were statistical significance(P<0.05),1mo、12mo have no apparent statistical significance(P>0.05),simple group none refering macula lutea type 1mo、2mo、3mo were statistical significance(P<0.05),6mo、12mo have no apparent statistical significance(P>0.05)4.About other complications: The combation group and control group about if vitreous hemorrhage move serious were statistically significant(P<0.05).while make a comparision of two groups about ICGA/FFA after 2mo、3mo postoperation,were statistically significant(P<0.05).Make a comparision of postoperative intraocular pressure and other complications such as entophthalmia all have no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.IVR associated with RLP can effectively reduce the thickness of center concave retinal macular 、 promote the absord of VH and improve the patients’ vision.2.IVR associated with RLP can delay the surgical operation of Pars plana vitrectomy.
