Blood pressure has a great significance on parameter of human being.Looking,listening,questioning and feeling the pulse are from the traditional Chinese medicine and feeling the pulse means judgeing the pulse condition from the radial artery to achieve the treatment.If the pulse wave signal can be collectted and disposed,and the ralation between pulse wave and blood pressure can be builded,the purpose of measuring blood pressure continuously by the method of obtaining continuous pulse wave would be come ture.The research of this thesis is to realize long-term,continuous and wearable blood pressure measurement by designing a pulse wave signal acquisition and processing system,which is miniaturization and low power consumption.And mobile platforms(smartphone etc)are used to process continuous measurement data and feedback to user.It meets the requirement that the price of household medical instrument should be low as far as possible.Firstly,a pulse wave signal acquisition and processing system based on STM32 is designed.It’s convenient to realize functions included acquisition of pulse wave signal,signal amplification,inhibition of baseline drifting,analog-to-digital(A/D)conversion,direct memory access(DMA)storage,the wave filter and transmitting data to mobile platform by bluetooth continuously.Then,we achieve the pulse wave data processing in the mobile platform,including getting the algorithm of the wavelet transform to denoise from matlab,transplanting it to mobile platform,and writing the algorithm of pulse wave feature points recognition,the algorithm of pulse wave feature parameter extraction,the algorithm of analysis of the correlation,the algorithm of the F inspection and the algorithm of blood pressure regression equation establishment.Finally,we write a specialized application on mobile platform,build a neat and concise user interface to feedback the measurement results to the user visually and timely.Our method is applied to measure the blood pressure of testers.And we compare the measurement results with Korotkoff sound method’s results.The measurement error is restricted to ±2mmHg,and lower than the international standard(AAMI),which claims the average error is less than ±5mmHg,Experiment shows that our method can be achieved the continuous blood pressure measurement conveniently.And it has a good measurement accuacry in some condition. |
