Breast cancer,which ranks first in all kinds of women’s cancer mortalities,is one of the most common malignancy of women in worldwide.It poses a great threat to human life and property safety.How can effectively prevent and treat breast cancer is the focus of attention of the relevant scholars.Studies have shown that early diagnosis and treatment is the key to reducing breast cancer mortality.Temperature is an important parameter to measure the health of the human body.Local metabolic lesions become abnormal when the body produces a lesion.First of all,the local temperature field of the lesion will be affected.Lesions of the local heat eventually delivered to the skin surface,making the leather surface temperature field changes.Using infrared thermal imaging and thermal tomography technology can effectively detect the temperature field of human skin surface and their change.So they can carry out early diagnosis of the disease.The finite element method was proposed in the 1960s.It has been widely used and developed in the field of engineering,including bio-medical engineering,due to its versatility and effectiveness since its birth.Large general purpose finite element application software ANSYS becomes a leader in finite element analysis software and plays an important role in bio-medical engineering because of its powerful features,simple operation,reliable results and high efficiency.With the development of infrared thermal imaging technology and thermal tomography technology,the effect of abnormal heat source on the surface temperature field distribution is widely concerned by the majority of experts and scholars.The main content of the breast temperature field simulation study is studying the effects of abnormal heat sources such as tumor and inflammation on the distribution of temperature field in mammary gland.After continuous development,the relevant scholars have achieved fruitful results in the field of female mammary tissue heat transfer model and simulation and other fields.There is a big difference between the breast heat transfer model in the literatures and the true structure of the breast.In order to simulate the effect of abnormal heat sources on the distribution of temperature field in breast tissue more accurately,this paper carried out research based on the existing models.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Study the background,development and significance of breast temperature field simulation.The theory of biological heat transfer is described.Several kinds of breast finite element models are summed up.2.On the basis of mammary anatomical structure,physiological characteristics and common breast model,a series of models include finite dimensional models of fine three-dimensional breast were established.3.The temperature field of the various types of breast model are simulated and the simulation results are compared and summarized.4.Comparing the simulation results with the clinical thermography,the computation and experimental data are in fair agreement.The research result provided a physical basis for infrared detection of breast cancer. |
