BackgroundWith the continuous deepening of the reform of medical and health undertakings in our country,the service properties of the healthcare industry has become increasingly obvious,the health care industry gradually accepting patients is the transformation of the concept of consumers.In recent years,the performance evaluation of research also change in medical institutions,on the basis of many years of patient satisfaction research,turned towards the patient centered service concept,improve the quality of service capability,service of the health care industry,"taking patients as the center","people-oriented" keyword has become the key topic of concern by the department of public health.ObjectivePatients with the introduction of "experience" evaluation index,the medical service from to conduct a comprehensive evaluation process to the result,obtains from the patient's own medical experience,development can all reflect the medical service quality and was hospitalized process experience and the feeling of "based on the experience of patients with hospital performance evaluation scale".And analyze the scale of entry,screening and evaluation,the reliability and validity of make it of in the future to promote the use of good efficiency.MethodsIn the literature review,group discussion and brainstorming,on the basis of design for patients,medical staff and the general analysis,index of hospitalized patients according to the original idea of class number to set the number of common factor,total extract five common factor,the cumulative variance contribution rate is 46.341%,and the characteristic value>1 principle is used to extract the common factor,total extract 9 common factor,the cumulative variance contribution rate is 58.436%;Outpatient number of primary index according to the original idea to set the number of common factor,were extracted four factors,the cumulative variance contribution rate is 42.488%,and characteristic value>1 principle is used to extract the common factor,total extract eight common factor,the cumulative variance contribution rate of 55.662%.Scale hospitalized patients with confirmatory factor analysis results suggest that the best model for x2/df=2.89,GFI=0.0.88,AGFI=0.91,CFI=0.90,TLI=0.92,RMASE=0.06;Outpatients scale best model x2/df=2.51,GFI=0.89,AGFI=0.88,CFI=0.95,TLI=0.92,RMASE=0.04.ConclusionsThe scale of development from the scientific applicable principles for the design of the scale,through interviews,expert consultation,expert discussion and entry screening and evaluation of reliability and validity of multiple links,such as comprehensive assessment scale efficiency.This scale based on the experience of hospital patients with performance evaluation through expert consultation method has good content validity;the factor analysis and model fitting results show that the scale has good structure validity.Patients experience scale covers the outpatient and hospitalized patients with specific medical experience and experience,and applied in hospital performance evaluation,in order to further explore the patient experience and patients' satisfaction,the relationship between the medical disputes,conduce to improving the quality of hospital management,patients with better service.
