Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mucinous cystic tumors of the pancreas. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of XX Medical University from January 2005 to December 2015 in our hospital for surgical treatment and the postoperative pathology were mucinous cystic neoplasms of the pancreas(mucinous cystic, neoplasm,MCN)of the clinical data of 31 cases of patients,to explore the clinical features of MCN.Results: In this group of 31 patients with mucinous cystic tumors,of whom there were 5cases of male patients, female patients with, age of 22-77 years old, with an average age of 57.6±12.5 years old.The mucinous cystadenoma(Mucinous eystadenoma,MCA)(80.6%),25 cases of borderline mucinous cystadenoma(Mucinous cystic, borderlinetumor,MCB)in 2 cases(13.4%),mucinous cystadenocarcinoma(Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma,MCC)in 4 cases(13%).The tumors located in the head and neck of the pancreas were 5,accounting for a total of 16%(5 / 31).There were a total of 26 cases of pancreatic body and tail, accounting for a total of 84%(26 / 31).6 cases had no obvious symptoms due to other disease inspection or examination found, the remaining25 patients were abdominal pain, abdominal fullness, anorexia, weight loss, back pain, skin sclera jaundice was the first symptom in clinic. The detection rates of B ultrasound,CT and MRI were 87.1%(27/31),,100%(31/31),100%(31/31).The probability of B ultrasound diagnosis of pancreatic mass was 54.8%(17/31),and the diagnosis of cystic lesions was only about 32.3(10/31)%;While CT and MRI were diagnosed as cystadenoma of the probability of 80.6%(25/31),100%(31/31),in which the correct rate of MCA diagnosis was 25.8%(8/31).The 31 patients who underwent surgery, underwent pancreatoduodenectomy in 5 cases, middle pancreatectomy in 2 cases of splenic preserving distal pancreatic resection alone in 5 cases,16 cases of distal pancreas plus splenectomy, local tumor resection in 3 cases,Finally, all the patients were diagnosed as MCN by pathology after operation,Having 1 cases were treated with palliative surgical resection Among them,,and the patients with pancreatic pseudocyst were confirmed by intraoperative frozen,However, the final pathological diagnosis was MCC,and the other tumors were completely resected. The common postoperative complications were gastric emptying and pancreatic leakage, and the patients were successfully restored by placing the jejunum nutrition tube and the peripancreatic drainage tube as well as the appropriate nutritional support. In addition to 1 cases misdiagnosed as pancreatic pseudocyst in the postoperative death of 32 months;2patients died of other diseases, the death of patients in the accident, the remaining patients with no recurrence and metastasis of the tumor, surgical treatment effect is ideal. Conclusions: 1.MCN is a relatively rare PCN,which is more than 60 years old.2.MCN patient's clinical symptoms and laboratory test results of the lack of specificity, while ultrasound,CT and MRI imaging of pancreatic lesions were found higher rates, but only can be used as a reference for diagnosis, not the gold standard;3.Surgery is the treatment of pancreatic cystic mucous sex tumour is an effective method. For MCN patients,in the absence of contraindications should be surgical treatment.
