Research On The Rural Doctor Team Construction Under The Background Of The Rural Health Services Integrated Management

As the health guard of the rural residents in our country,rural doctors play a key role on the development of rural health services.With the implementation and advancing of the new round of medical and health system reform and the rural health services integrated management,the duties of rural doctors have been ushered in a new change.However,various reasons lead to all kinds of frictions between the health administrative departments and the rural doctors in reality,which hinder the process of the rural doctor team construction.This paper aims at exploring the effective ways of the rural doctor team construction,based on the theory of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,hygiene-motivational factors and Equity Theory.Firstly,through the method of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the basic situation of the rural doctor team of Jimei,Xiamen,such as their training,performance appraisal,endowment insurance.Then this paper summarizes the main problems,as well as the causes,by analyzing the basic situation.Finally,this paper suggests several ways of the rural doctor team construction.Firstly,improve the rural doctors' income and establish the insurance system.Secondly,expand the recruitment channels and broaden the rural doctor's career development prospect.Thirdly,perfect the training mechanism and optimize the performance assessment system.Lastly,change the rural doctors' ideological understanding,and cultivate their sense of responsibility.
