The Methods Study Of Hierarchical Medical System In New Medical Reform

In recent years,China Medical System Reform is a very hot topic because of this is very important for all citizens of China.“Hierarchical medical system(Hierarchical diagnosis)” is the first one of 5 policies those central government raised(Hierarchical diagnosis,model med management,full-covered med security,med supply security system,and comprehensive management system)to implemet the medical system reform.This paper would analyze and discuss the multiple models of Hierarchical diagnosis,and the suitable situations.In this paper,based on the policy of to implement hierarchical diagnosis which issued by General Office of the State Council,we have made an analysis of the some typical Hierarchical medical systems of America,UK,and 5 typical cities(procinces)of China.The results are as follow:Based on the population,economic level,medical health level,and region,I summarized several typical Hierarchical medical system models.I gave the recommendation of the suitable Hierarchical medical system model for every situation on population,economic level,medical health level and region.In the end of the paper,we used a real case – Jinan city which the writer's resident city,to show how this model theory can be used in real medial reform.
