Analysis On The Influence From Three Different Therapies On The Neuroendocrine Immune Network Of T2DM

Objective:Analysis on the influence from three different therapies as Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the Western medicine and the TCM&Western medicine combination on the neuroendocrine immune network of T2DM,to provide test basis for clinical treatment.Method:120 Patients with T2DM from Endocrine Department of Haicer Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 was divided into three groups as Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Group,Western medicine Group and the TCM&Western medicine combination Group.In which the Traditional Chinese Medicine is an Expert Prescription in Haicer Hospital with Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix pseudostellariae,ophiopogonis,magnoliavine,rhubarb,Lycium and safflower included.And 40 volunteers with normal physical status were selected as a Control Group.The blood glucose value of each patient from each Group was detected every day.The fasting blood glucose value from 3.5 to 6.0 mmol/L and the non fasting blood glucose value smaller than 10.Ommol/L are regarded as normal.All the physical indicators of each Group members were well detected&recorded before treatment,after three month's treatment they were re-detected.A flow cytometer was used to detect the CD4+ T lymphocyte,CD8+ T lymphocyte and to get the CD4+/CD8+ ratio;Enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)method was used to detect the serum level of norepinephrine(NE),Interleukin-1?(IL-1?)and Interleukin-6(IL-6);BA-ELISA method was used to detect the plazma level of dopamine(DA);Chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)was used to detect the adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)and cortisol(CORT).SPSS22.0 statistical software package was used for data analysis.Results:? The detection results of NE,DA,ACTH,CORT,IL-1?,IL-6,CD4+ T lymphocyte,CD8+ T lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the 3 patient groups have statistical significance difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).?The blood glucose value of patients in the Western Group comes back to normal after one week's treatment.The detection results of all the above indicators in the Western medicine group have statistical significance difference compared with the control group(P<0.05),but have no statistical significance difference after treatment compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).? The blood glucose value of patients in the TCM Group comes back to normal after one month's treatment.Improvements on the TCM group are quite obvious and have statistic significance compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),such as that the value of NE&DA is decreased,the value of ACTH&CORT is improved,the value of IL-1?&IL-6 is decreased,and the value of CD4+ T lymphocyte,CD8+ T lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ ratio is improved;But have no statistical significance difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).? The blood glucose value of patients in the TCM&Western medicine Group comes back to normal after one week's treatment.The detection results of all the above indicators in the TCM&Western medicine group have statistical significance difference after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but have no statistical significance difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).?Analyzing the effect of the three-therpy shows that there have statistical significance difference on the above mentioned indicators for the Western medicine group compared with that for the TCM group and the TCM&Western medicine combination group(P<0.05);But there have no statistical significance difference on the indicators for the TCM group and the TCM&Western medicine combination group(P>0.05).Conclusion:?For T2DM,the disorder of NEI did exist.?It has been proved that TCM has slow effect on glucose decreasing,but can be helpful on improving the NEI disorder of T2DM.? With the combined treatment of Traditional-Chinese-Medicine&Western-Medicine,the blood glucose can be controlled rapidly;Simultaneously the disorder of NEI can be rectified in certain extent,and further application to clinical treatment is strongly recommended.
