With the divelopment of pharmaceutical science and technology,a breakthrough in the chemical analysis techniques has made great progress based on the original one at this time.These advances make it widely in the assessment of quality standards in medicine application.Progress and application of chemical analysis technology makes the quality standards of Chinese medicine to a large extent.In this paper,we studied the quality standard of Gegen oral liquid by a more comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research,making Gegen oral liquid be efficient quality control.Provide a declaration of approval hospital preparation and a strong basis on effective controlling the quality of the preparation.In this paper,we used thin-layer chromatography to qualitative identificate the Gegen oral liquid in different TLC plates,different detection methods,under different circumstances unfold agents and different detection wavelength.Determine the simple and reproducibleb,as well as specific and qualitative analysis method,which provides an efficient and accurate method to qualitative analysis the taste of Gegen oral liquid.Specific content can be determined by HPLC,we use this method to quantitate puerarin in Gegen oral liquid,with the octadecyl silane bonded silica as a filler,methanol-water(25:75)as the mobile phase,detection wavelength of 250nm.The use of thin-layer chromatography on Gegen oral liquid qualitative identification get a clear identification chart and a better resolution,which can effectively prevent interference with the negative control.So this method has a strong specificity.The use of oral HPLC method to determinate puerarin in Gegen Fuming content can accurately determine the content of puerarin.
