The plant polysaccharides is known as the important biological adjusting reaction agent,not only can improve the body immunity,has good cure effect to cancer patients;But also slow down the body of the old.The combination of active polysaccharide that extracted from plants with chemotherapeutics can reduce the adverse reaction of drugs and enhance the antitumor effect.Selenium can induce tumor cell apoptosis,enhance antitumor gene expression,mutation,chemical substances can enhance humoral immunity and cellular immunity,develop its good antitumor effect.Control is not at the time,but the concentration will have side effects on the body.Will both organic combination of selenium polysaccharide,not only its biological activity more prominent,and avoid the toxicity of organic selenium.Thus this article takes the capparis spinosa selenium polysaccharide as the object of study.Investigation that oxidation system in vivo using the transplantation tumor test in S180 and intraperitoneal injection method.Experiments show that the wild watermelon low selenium polysaccharide(50mg/kg·d),medium(100mg/kg·d),high(150mg/kg·d)three dose groups tumor suppression effect were 37.02%,59.40%,62.24%.Show that the three dose can inhibit the growth of a tumor-burdened mice tumor,and high dose group of the best.And compared with normal saline group,between different dose groups had significant difference(P<0.01).In order to observe its anti-tumor mechanism whether with immunity adjustment related,measures tumor-bearing mice thymus and spleen.The results showed that low dose group of the thymus index was(0.30±0.08)mg/g and the spleen index was(9.31 ± 1.70)mg/g;middle dose group of the thymus index was(0,21±0.08)mg/g and the spleen index was(10.06±1.92)mg/g;high dose group of the thymus index was(0.30±0.07)mg/g and the spleen index was(11.09±1.56)mg/g.Wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide in each dose group can enhance the immune organ index in different degrees,indicates that wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide antioxidant activity significantly.Organisms in normal metabolism will produce many liberal groups,when its content is small,clear almost to the body,maintain normal metabolism of the body,is also essential to the body.But when its content was beyond the scope of the allowed,would trigger a continuous oxidative damage,cause organism physiological pathological changes.Antioxidant enzyme hydrogen peroxide enzyme(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and glutathione(GSH)prevalent in the various organs of the organism,they can through redox body peroxide into non-toxic or less toxic substances to inhibit the generation of oxygen free radicals,maintain the balance of human metabolism.SOD will first excess converted to hydrogen peroxide on superoxide anion and molecular oxygen.The common role of CAT and GSH-Px,hydrogen peroxide can be transferred to the water and molecular oxygen.GSH ean react with oxygen free radieals,and eliminate them.Results showed that different doses of wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide can promote SOD,CAT and GSH in different degrees,GSH-Px,and oxidase activity.Compared with normal saline group,wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide each dose group were extremely significant differences(P<0.01).When the body was attacked by free radicals,generates the malondialdehyde(MDA).Visible,when cell damage or the degree of lipid peroxidation serious when,the content of MDA would increase.Compared with normal saline group,wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide each dose group were extremely significant differences(P<0.01).Above all,wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide can obviously restrain S180 tumor-burdened the growth of tumor cells in mice.And can increase the quality of immune organs,the thynus index and spleen index increased significantly.At the same time,the wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide can obviously increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and reduce the activity of MDA.Visible,wild watermelon selenium polysaccharide can enhance S180 mice tumor-burdened oxidation system activity,better play its antitumor effect.
