Correlation Between The Syndromes Of Patients With Gastric Carcinoma And Levels Of Serum EGF?TGF-??E-cad?EGFR

Objective:To explore the correlation between the syndromes of patients with gastric carcinoma and levels of serum EGF?TGF-a?E-cad?EGFR.Methods:Clinical collected 265 cases of different syndromes of patients with gastric carcinoma,divided into nine basic syndromes.Serum levels of EGF?TGF-a?E-cad?EGFR were measured by ELISA.The correlation between the syndromes of gastric cancer and levels of serum EGF?TGF-??E-cad?EGFR were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:In line with the levels of serum EGF,there were significant differences between the syndrome type of stagnation of turbid phlegm and other syndrome types(P<0.05).In line with the levels of serum TGF-?,there were significant differences between two pairs of syndrome types,for example,the syndrome type of deficiency in spleen and stomach and the syndrome type of impairment of yin due to stomach heat,the syndrome type of deficiency in spleen and stomach and and the syndrome type of damp-heat with toxin,the syndrome type of deficiency in spleen and stomach and the syndrome type of stagnation of turbid phlegm,the syndrome type of impairment of yin due to stomach heat and the syndrome type of disharmony between liver and stomach,the syndrome type of impairment of yin due to stomach heat and the syndrome type of interior retention of blood stasis,the syndrome type of disharmony between liver and stomach and the syndrome type of damp-heat with toxin,the syndrome type of disharmony between liver and stomach and the syndrome type of stagnation of turbid phlegm,the syndrome type of interior retention of blood stasis and the syndrome type of damp-heat with toxin,the syndrome type of interior retention of blood stasis and the syndrome type of stagnation of turbid phlegm(P<0.05).In line with the levels of serum E-cad,there were significant differences between the syndrome type of interior retention of blood stasis and and other syndrome types except the syndrome type of damp-heat with toxin and the syndrome type of stagnation of turbid phlegm(P<0.05).In line with the levels of serum EGFR,there were significant differences between two pairs of syndrome types,the syndrome type of deficiency of both qi and blood and the syndrome type of interior retention of blood stasis,the syndrome type of damp-heat with toxin and the syndrome type of interior retention of blood stasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levels of serum EGF?TGF-a?E-cad?EGFR were correlated with syndrome typing and could be used as the microscopic molecular markers for auxiliary syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer.
