| Objective With the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic aplastic anemia,and to explore Chinese medicine’s advantages in improving curative effect,the blood routineand and the patients’ immunity,relieving clinical symptoms,reducing adverse reaction and improving the quality of life.Methods Selected 40 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients who are outpatient or hospitalization during 2010.1-2013.8.These cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The control group(20 cases)was treated with cyclosporine A and androgen,and the treatment group(20 cases)was treated with Jiaweidangguibuxue decoction combined with cyclosporine A and androgen.Two months for a period of treatment.The clinical effect were observed during three periods of treatment.Through Observing the peripheral hemogram,myelogram,TCM syndrome integral,T cell subgroup,adverse drug reactions and clinical effective rate before and after treatment to carry out a whole evaluation.All data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software processing.Results1.After treatment,two groups of patients with TCM symptom score were significantly reduced(P<0.05).As to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the effective rate of treatment group was 80%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The research also observed the effects of kidney Yang deficiency group,kidney deficiency of Yin and Yang group,kidney Yin deficiency group.The results showed that the first two effective are superior than the latter(P<0.05);2.According to the western medicine curative standard,the treatment group’s effective rate is 75.0%,which is better than control group(P<0.05);3.After treatment,two groups of peripheral hemogram and myelogram were significantly improved(P<0.05).The treatment group’s white blood cells,hemoglobin,reticulocyte is significantly higher than the control group,non hematopoietic cells were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the level of CD8~+was reduced and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio increases.Compared with before treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion Jiaweidangguibuxue decoction has double efficacy efficacy:promote aplastic anemia bone marrow hematopoiesis and immune regulation.It can also reduce the side effects of cyclosporine and androgen,and improve the quality of life. |
