Objective The indicators of maternal and neonatal period collected by the system, including pregnancy, maternal age, maternal health, serological markers of hepatitis liver enzymes, gravidity, feeding patterns and birth weight. At the same time, through the analysis of data, indicators of differences in hyperbilirubinemia group and non hyperbilirubinemia group, and find the risk factors of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. To provide the clinical thinking and basis for the decrease of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Taking Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Xiasha school children center as the core, screening of pregnant women and their newborns were eligible as object of study.Pregnant women during pregnancy will be in accordance with the constitution of "six points" method of TCM Constitution identification, understanding the different physical characteristics of distribution of pregnancy;liver function test, serum hepatitis, neonatal bilirubin values;at the same time record numerical maternal age, gravidity, feeding patterns and birth weight. The difference with different testing methods was compared between the different groups of the indicators, using regression analysis, risk factors of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Finally, the results were statistical analysis. Results Hyperbilirubinemia group of phlegm dampness constitution is higher than the frequency and quality, non hyperbilirubinemia group was higher than that of flat and quality of phlegm dampness constitution;hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb),serum index feeding method and ABO hemolysis was statistically significant differences in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Premature rupture of fetal membranes and neonatal jaundice time are the risk factors of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Maternal age, liver enzymes, production number, except HBsAb serological marker,B mode of delivery, gestational age, neonatal sex and birth weight of these indicators, there is no significant difference between hyperbilirubinemia group and non hyperbilirubinemia group. Conclusion Relationship between maternal health and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia:partial phlegm wet type pregnant women risk their newborn hyperbilirubinemia.Relationship of hepatitis during pregnancy and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia:HBsAb negative pregnant women are more prone to hyperbilirubinemia in newborns. The relationship between feeding mode and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia:artificial feeding is more likely to occur with hyperbilirubinemia. The relationship between hemolytic serum index and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia occurs:ABO hemolytic hyperbilirubinemia of newborn more easily.Premature rupture of fetal membranes and neonatal jaundice time are the risk factors of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Analysis of the data, thereby reducing the clinical evidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
