Study On Toxicity Test Of SaiMeiAn Suppositories

The caption dissertation against study of toxicity test consisted of following items:cavity medication acute toxicity test,cavity medication long term toxicity test,dermal sensitivity test,the concentration of mercury in blood.And SaiMeiAn toxicity test.The experimental animal is rabbit,they are divided in two(2)groups,i.e.rectal delivery and vagina delivery.Dermal sensitivity test experimental animal is guinea pigs.Experimental animal covering concentration of mercury in blood is rabbit and divided in 2 group as well.One is rectal delivery and others is vagina delivery.All the experiments were assigned to treatment group and control group,treatment group according to the experimental requirements give SaiMeiAn suppositories,the control group was given a blank suppositories,and skin allergy test has another positive control group,treated with 1.0%2,4-two nitro Chlorobenzene.The conclusions as:single treatment with large content SaiMeiAn(30 times then normal usage for adult patient)through cavity without seen toxicity reaction from experimental rabbit.repeat treatment(28d)with large contents SaiMaiAn through cavity also not seen long term toxicity reaction from experimental rabbit as well.SaiMaiAn Dermal Sensitivity test:treatment group and control group both without erythema,edema or skin allergy reaction,sensitization rate 0%.but the positive control group sensitization rate 70%.So,the SaiMeiAn does not make Guinea pig high sensitive reaction.Conclusion of mercuryin blood test against repeat treatment SaiMaiAn through cavity delivery:High and Low medicine contents the mercury in blood ratio without going up sharply.So the safety of SaiMaiAn is Guarantee.
