Objective The effect of Danshen Injection on the Inhibition of 4-Hydroxynonenal in a Mouse Model of Alcoholic Liver Disease. Methods Thirty C56BL/6 mice were randomized into 5 equal groups:Control Group,Control and High-dose Danshen Group,Low-dose Danshen Group,High-dose Danshen Group. The expression of 4-HNE lever in the liver was determined by Western Blot, respectively.LDH release in NCTC-1469 cells treated with 4-HNE(10?mol/L)and Salvianolic acid A(5?mol/L).Restules Liver injury induced by long-term alcohol exposure was associated with increased hepatic 4-HNE level. After treatment with Low-dose Danshen, plasma levels of ALT and TG were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared to the Control Group, the expression of 4-HNE lever and protein of the liver was significantly increased in Low-dose Danshen(P<0.05).Danshen Injection inhibited 4-HNE and activates PPARa and NF-?B(p65).Conclusion Supplementation of Danshen injection, conferred a protective effect on alcohol-induced liver injury in mice, was associated with actived hepatic PPAR?,GSTA4,decreased hepatic 4-HNE accumulation, and improved hepatic NF-?B activity. |
