Photochemical synthesis have the targets of clean,efficient and save,which is a hot field in modern organic and pharmaceutical synthesis.Based on photochemical synthesis in the application of organic synthesis,two kinds of photochemical products were designed,and some were used in the drug intermediates synthesis.This dissertation consisted of three chapters:The first chapter,we briefly introduced the basic theory,characteristics,application of photochemical synthesis and research progress in recent years including the classics photocatalytic cycloaddition reactions,photocatalytic oxidation and reduction reaction,light halogenating reaction,light expunction,light open-loop reactions and some novel light trigger reactions and so on.The second chapter,we designed and synthesized a series benzalhydantoin replaced compounds by halogenating oxidation in photochemical method.And(3-(bromomethyl)phenyl)(phenyl)methanone was applied in non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics ketoprofen synthesis optimization.The thrid chapter,we studied on synthesis of 2-hydroxycarbazole by intramolecular coupling in photochemical method.
