This paper focus on one-pot synthesis of thiazole compounds,This method avoids separating the lacrimation compound a-bromo ketones and make damage for laboratory personnel and the environment.The synthesis of thiazole compounds is greener and easier.In the first chapter,Introduction applications of thiazole compounds active in the real world,and outlines the different types method of synthesis thiazole.In the second chapter,the bromination 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds with liquid bromine In the water system,without separation,reaction direct with substituted PHenyl thiourea for synthesis 5-acetyl-4-methyl-2-(substituted anilino)thiazole.the water as a solvent in the whole process,This method avoid to detach the lacrimation compound.reduce the damage to the environment,the method is an environmentally friendly,convenient and efficient way.The the third chapter,The hydrobromic acid-hydrogen peroxide system instead of liquid bromine is used in bromination.The method is more green than that one.The method was applied to the synthesis of more value of 2-aminothiazole compounds and thiazole substituted with other chemical combination.The last chapter,we study application of the one-pot synthesis of thiazole in the synthesis of precursor,we find a new method to synthesis clomethiazole hydrochloride,and synthesize precursor of clomethiazole hydrochloride:2-(2-amino-4-methylthiazol-5-yl)ethanol.
