Objective : Hepatitis B,acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)and Cervical cancer are the most common infectious disease we met.Therapies to eliminate these chronically-infected viruses are still lack.Thus,the prevention for these diseases is particularly important.The regular way is to vaccinate susceptible population.In this paper,we analyied s145 sites immune escape-related variations in the “ ? ”determinant region of HBV S protein and the vaccine-related adverse reactions,and provided systematic and Meta-Analysis for vaccination vaccine safety risk assessment.Methods : 27 HBV serum samples collected from the patients with s145 genetic mutations were used to amplify HBV S gene.The representative S mutants were selected to construct recombinant vectors for HBsAg quantitation and Western blot analysis.Systematic review and meta-analysis were used.The searching databases involving in PubMed,Embase,Library,CNKI,WanFang,VIP,domestic and national Centers for Disease Control(CDC).The searching source compromised of Yahoo,Baidu,360 searching,Sohu? Sina and other predominant websites.Key words included “vaccine”,“adverse events”,“HIV”,“HPV”,“HBV” in English database as the keyword search.Random effect model was selected in the pool analysis of therapeutic efficacy to adjust for heterogeneity and funnel plots generatedto explore publication bias.For discrete data,OR(odds ratios)and 95%confidence interval(95% CI)were automatically calculated.Results:1?Compared to wild strain,sG145 A mutants in cells and culture supernatant significantly decreased antigen detection;no significant decrease in the expression of sG145 T ? sG145 E ? sG145 R and sG145 K,and the supernatant was significantly reduced.2 ? Intriguing the same HIV vaccine even had no effect on preventing the acquisition of HIV and higher incidence of adverse effects noted compared to the controlled vaccine.3?Vaccine who were relevance to HPV causes cervical cancer and loss prevention.4?Similarly,vaccine adjuvant and live-attenuated and inactive virus also had bad influences for human.Conclusion :Mutation of sG145 can significantly reduce detectable levels of virus surface antigen,reduce the antibody binding force significantly and influence the hepatitis B vaccine for the protective ? HIV and HPV vaccination also caused serious adverse reactions,such as: HIV infection,adverse events,death,cancer,etc.In the process of using vaccine to prevent above virus infection-related diseases,there was no vaccine could provide entire protection without risks.The adverse events of vaccine are related to vaccine per se,vaccine adjuvant and vaccines covered live-attenuated and inactive virus.On the one hand,we should have profound insight in the essence of vaccine beforehand.On the other hand,we should pay attention to enhance people's immunity.A regular routine in daily schedule,a simple desire in our work and a contented feeling in our life could help enhance immunity against the diseases and is another preventive way in addition to vaccination.
