Irritable bowel syndrome is a kind of common clinical gastric bowel function disorder,the disease syndrome without organic lesion of gastrointestinal tract and lack theoretical exp lain the morphological changes of symptoms and biochemical abnormalities what chronic,persistent and spasmodic.A high incidence of the disease,and has a rising trend year by year.To these disease etiology and pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,and it is now widely seen as the outcome of combined action of many kinds of pathogenesis.According to the clinical manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine that it is not the IBS disease,it belongs to "abdominal pain","diarrhea"," depression syndrome " and other categories.The etiologies related to pathogenic factors,emotional disturbance,improper diet and organs weakness and so on.A high incidence of irritable bowel syndrome and including diarrhea-predominance irritable bowel syndrome is approached to 45-50%.Because of irritable bowel syndrome clinical manifestations of individual differences,the western medical therapies have not a drug for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome completely effective,the therapies were symptomatic treatment and comprehensive treatment.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine were used in the treatment of diarrhea-predominance irritable bowel syndrome,the clinical therapies proved curative effect,less adverse reaction,recurrence rate is low,show the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease has obvious advantages.The results of literature analysis and investigation revealed:traditional Chinese medicine treatments were including Chinese medicine decoctions,Chinese patent drug,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,and combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine.The usual traditional Chinese medicine treatment is Chinese medicine decoctions at present,and only two categories referred to attending diarrhea-predominance irritable bowel syndrome efficacy,suggested that develop a Chinese patent drug for therapy diarrhea-predominance irritable bowel syndrome that was a large development prospects.The volatile oils were extracted by supercritical fluid extraction,inclusion technology for beta Cyclodextrin and volatile oil,and used orthogonal design L9(34)test screening of alcohol extraction process and water extraction process,optimizing the best process conditions,adding suitable amount of auxiliary materials into granules,and applied the "Chinese pharmacopoeia"(2015)to formulating the quality specification.In this paper,the results show that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has a larger development space and this study of changjiping Granules preparation process is stable.
