Objective:research the relation of between serum adiponectin, resistin levels and breast cancerMethods:Select 80 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital for the study of disease, breast cancer is divided into groups according to the nature of the tumor in 32 cases,48 cases of benign breast disease group,an additional 40 cases in the same period of our hospital is the control group of normal volunteers.Human serum adiponectin, resistin levels were determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ABC-ELISA).Results:Breast cancer group adiponectin levels were lower than benign breast disease group and the control group, compared breast cancer group and benign breast disease group or the control group, serum adiponectin levels were statistically significant(P<0.05);but benign breast disease group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);adiponectin group differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F = 6.386,P<0.01).resistin levels of breast cancer patients were higher than that of benign breast disease group and the control group, compared breast cancer group and benign breast disease group or the control group, serum resistin levels were statistically significant(P<0.01);benign breast disease group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01);resistin group differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F = 24.940,P<0.01);For breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis adiponectin levels were lower than those without metastasis(P<0.01),resistin levels higher than those without metastasis(P<0.05);ForTNM staging adiponectin ?>?>?,resistin ?<?<?,but the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(adiponectin F=0.784,P=0.466>0.05;resistin F=0.833,P=0.445>0.05).Conclusion:Serum adiponectin, resistin abnormal levels are risk factors for breast cancer development;the detection of serum adiponectin, resistin levels are expected as auxiliary reference indexes of judging lymph node metastasis, prognosis and hormone treatment of the target in patients with breast cancer.
