lung cancer is one of the high incidence and mortality of malignant tumor,and is on the rise,cause serious damage to human health.Bone metastasis is one of the late complication of lung cancer.The incidence of bone metastases of lung cancer was30%-40%,once happened the median survival is only just seven months,and the survival ratemedian of 1 year survival time after treatment is only 40% to 50%.The current treatment methods mainly include systemic chemotherapy,radiotherapy,surgery,bisphosphonates,pain and psychological support therapy,etc.Current research of targeted therapy of bone metastases,denosumab,EGFR-TKIs and cathepsin K has obtained certain curative effect,delayed the time to first skeletal related events(SREs)and overall survival,provides a new direction for bone metastases of lung cancer.
