Atrial fibrillation is one of the quickness of the most common clinical arrhythmia,is also a kind of refractory arrhythmia.Radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)after decades of development, has proved can be thrilled by eliminating arrhythmia and changing the structure of the left atrium to maintain sinus rhythm.Sex on the room tachycardia with paroxysmal room, however, compared to the melting of high success rate, postoperative atrial fibrillation recurrence rate remains high. Therefore,by some clinical parameters and biological indicators, imaging parameters to predict postoperative recurrence RFCA is of great significance. Its aim is to avoid unnecessary procedures and exposed to patients, reduce medical costs,at the same time help decision making for clinical doctors. In this article, through the query related database in both English and Chinese, consult about predictors factors for recurrence after RFCA of atrial fibrillation, and analyze the literature summary, the related articles in recent years.
