| Objective:To evaluate the effect and satety of Tripterygium Wilfordii combined with ACEI/ARB for treating the IV stage of Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:The databases were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)from the date of their establishment to Dec,30 th 2014.Experimental group is Tripterygium Wilfordii combined with ACEI / ARB,and the control group is alone ACEI / ARB preparations.The relevant references of the included studies were also retrieved.Studie were screened,data were extracted,and the methodological quality was assessed by two reviewers independently from Cochrane Handbook of literature quality evaluation standards.Rev Man 5.3 and Stata12.0 were used for meta-analyses.Results : A total of 13 studies involving 1119 participants were included.The methodology of the included trials was not poor and potential publication bias existed.The Meta analysis results showed that: Compared with the ACEI/ARB treatment,the tripterygium showed more effects in reducing the 24-hour urinary protein MD=–0.84,95%CI(-1.02,-0.66)],raising serum albumin[SMD=0.98,95%CI(0.81,1.16)],the total efficiency[OR=4.23,95%CI(2.77,6.46)]and significant efficiency[OR=5.35,95%CI(2.70,10.60)]were higher than that of the conventional treatment,while the two groups in serum creatinine have no statistical differences [MD=-0.82,95%CI(-4.30,2.66),P=0.64].However,adverse reactions combined group event rate was higher [MD=1.35,95%CI(-0.05,2.74)].After the application of Egger's test,there is no significant shift published.Conclusion : The moderate doses of Tripterygium Wilfordii combined with ACEI/ARB for treating Diabetic Nephropathy IV is supper than ACEI/ARB.It provides a new and prospective therapeutic method for Diabetic Nephropathy and haves a good application prospect in the domestic currently.However,this conclusion has to be further verified by high quality,large scale and RCTs. |
