objective(1)Analysisthe clinical data in different periods of brucellosis patients, including epidemiology, clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, etc,To evaluate the clinical features and epidemiological characteristics.(2)Analysis of brucellosis patients immunological detection results,Discussion cellular immune response and humoral imm une response characteristic differences in different periods.Method:The clinical data,Blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, blood biochemistry, erythrocyte sedimen tation rate, bacterial culture,CD3+ T cells,CD4+ T cells,CD8 +T cells in peripheral blood, immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM,and complement C3 and C4 levels were analyzed in 33 patients with acute and chronic brucellosis diseases admitted to our hospital from Oct.2012 to Feb.2015.Result(1)The age ranged from 20 to 75 years old,the average age(40.75 + 3.09)years old;Brucellosis patients had disease or epidemic animal contact history,The clinical manifestations of fever, headache, fatigue and other symptoms,respectively,100%,45.45%,39.39%;The majority of red blood cells and platelet stool were normal, but C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate increases.A small number of patients with white blood cell and hemoglobin decreased, rheumatoid factor increased;urinary protein is positive, were not found in white blood cells;(2)CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+ T Lymphocytes,IgM,IgG,C3 and C4 were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P < 0.05),while the content of IgA was not significantly different from normal control group(P>0.05).CD4+T lymphocytes in patients with chronic phase were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the IgG content in peripheral blood was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P < 0.05),while no significant difference in IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in the peripheral blood was significantly higher than that in normal control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Brucellosis patients had disease or epidemic animal contact history,The clinical manifestations of fever, headache, fatigue and othersymptoms,The Helper T cells in brucellosis patients with chronic phase were more weak than those in the acute phase. The humoral immunity of the brucellosis patients with acute stage was mainly IgM and IgG,and the mainly was IgG with chronic stage.
