Objective:Through to the Hainan General Hospital in 2012 samples of colon cancer patients in our hospital clinical pathological characteristics and pathological classification of statistics,and test samples of colon cancer and normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma of contrast sample of ERCC1,TYMS,RRM1 and TUBB ? gene expression level.In order to investigate the correlation between local colon cancer clinical pathologic data of Hainan province and molecular expression characteristics,expect to be able to provide a basis for the establishment of clinical chemotherapy for colon cancer.Methods:Random sampling in 127 colon cancer cases and 78 normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma by gathering and screening.Detect the expression level of ERCC1,TYMS,RRM1 and TUBB ? gene by immunocytochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technique.Results:In 127 patients with colon cancer samples and 78 cases of normal tissue samples.? ERCC1 gene expression were 57.5%(73/127)and 56.4%(44/78);There was no statistically significant difference with gender,age,and carcinoma tissue differentiation degree(?2=0.023,P=0.881),But there was significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(?=13.776,P=0.000;?2=6.063,P=0.014).?TYMS gene expression were 34.6%(44/127)?20.5%(16/78),There was statistically significant difference(?2=4.662,P=0.031),There was no statistically significant difference with gender,TNM stage and carcinoma tissue differentiation degree(P>0.05),But there was significantly correlated with age,and lymph node metastasis(?2=4.651,P=0.031;?2=8.145,P=0.004).?RRM1 gene expression were 55.9%(71/127)?96.1%(75/78),There was statistically significant difference(?2=38.189,P=0.000);There was no statistically significant difference with gender and carcinoma tissue differentiation degree(P>0.05),But there was significantly correlated with age,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(?2=5.636,P=0.018;?2=4.490,P=0.034;x2=7.668,P=0.006).?TUBBIII gene expression were 74.8%(95/127)?3.8%(3/78),There was statistically significant difference(x2=4.662,P=0.000),There was no statistically significant difference with gender,age,lymph was significantly correlated with TNM stage(?2=10.833,P=0.004).Conclusions:? The expression of ERCC1 gene in patients with colon cancer is no associated with tissue,but compared with the normal tissue,colon cancer tissues TYMS and TUBB ? gene expression significantly enhanced,RRM1 gene expression is reduced.?The expression of ERCC1 gene is associated with tumor stage and whether transfer;TYMS and RRM1 gene expression is associated with age,and whether the transfer,and tumor stage can influence the expression of RRM1;And TUBB ? gene is only depends on the tumor stage.? The expression of ERCC1 and TYMS gene has certain synchronicity,have similar clinical significance.
