Objective:Comparing the perfusion parameters between cervical carcinoma tissue and normal parametrium through CT perfusion imaging?CTPI?technology and delineating the gross target volume?GTV?of primary carcinoma based on CT perfusion images?enhanced CT images and enhanced MRI images.To evaluate the feasibility and effectivity of CT perfusion imaging?CTPI?in the cervical carcinoma radiotherapy target volume delineation of GTV.Methods:19 newly patients were diagnosed to be cervical squamous carcinoma by histopathology and staged IIA–IIIB by International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics?FIGO?between March 2015 and January 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.All patients was performed bowel preparation and allergy test with iodixanol before scanning by CT and MRI.They received CT perfusion scanning,enhanced CT scanning and enhanced MRI scanning in the same condition.The primary images of CT perfusion were sent to the GE workstation.To analyze the primary images of CT perfusion and calculate the value of CT perfusion parameter between cervical carcinoma tissue and normal parametrium.Then generated the Pseudo-color images of BF?BV?MTT and PS.The enhanced CT images?enhanced MRI images and CT perfusion images were sent to the three-dimensional radiation treatment planning system of PINNACLE 8.0Philips.The system could calculate the volume of primary tumor after finishing the target volume delineation of GTV.All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 13.0.Comparing the CT perfusion parameters between cervical carcinoma tissue and normal parametrium.The gross tumor volume is delineated based on the images of enhanced MRI?enhanced CT?BF?BV?MTT?PS(GTVMRI?GTVCT?GTVBF?GTVBV?GTVMTT?GTVPS).The GTVMRIRI is the standard.Comparising and statistical analysis between GTVMRIRI and GTVCT?GTVBF?GTVBV?GTVMTT?GTVPS?Results:1?The cervical carcinoma tissue value of BF is 85.98±39.52ml/100g/min.The cervical carcinoma tissue value of BV is 5.74±2.02ml/100g.The cervical carcinoma tissue value of MTT is 6.94±4.33s.The cervical carcinoma tissue value of PS is25.29±16.39ml/100g/min.The normal parametrium value of BF is10.15±5.97ml/100g/min.The normal parametrium value of BV is1.21±0.58ml/100g.The normal parametrium value of MTT is 13.39±6.42s.The normal parametrium value of PS is 4.24±3.67ml/100g/min.The perfusion parameters value of BF?BV?MTT?PS between the cervical carcinoma tissue and the normal parametrium are statistical differences?P<0.05?.The cervical carcinoma tissue value of BF?BV?PS are higher than the normal parametrium.The cervical carcinoma tissue value of MTT is lower than the normal parametrium.2?Comparing the volume value of GTVMRI with GTVCT?GTVBF?GTVBV?GTVMTT?GTVPS.The volume of GTVMRI is 11.47±4.58 cm3 smaller than GTVCT.The value of volume between GTVMRI and GTVCTT is statistical differences?P<0.05?.The volume of GTVMRI is 1.90±5.84 cm3 bigger than GTVBF.The value of volume between GTVMRI and GTVBFF isn't statistical differences?P>0.05?.The volume of GTVMRI is 1.45±10.01 cm3 bigger than GTVBV.The value of volume between GTVMRI and GTVBVV isn't statistical differences?P>0.05?.The volume of GTVMRI is 3.82±9.15 cm3 bigger than GTVMTT.The value of volume between GTVMRI and GTVMTTTT isn't statistical differences?P>0.05?.The volume of GTVMRI is 2.11±9.32cm3 bigger than GTVPS.The value of volume between GTVMRI and GTVPSS isn't statistical differences?P>0.05?.conclusion:1?CT perfusion parameters of BF?BV?MTT and PS are different obviously between the cervical carcinoma tissue and the normal parametrium.2?The value of GTV based on enhanced CT images is bigger than the value of GTV based on enhanced MRI images.The value of GTV based on CT perfusion imagings?BF images?BV images?MTT images?PS images?are closed to the value of GTV based on enhanced MRI images.3?The range and boundary of BV and PS images are clearer than BF and MTT images.The BV and PS images are significant in the cervical carcinoma radiotherapy target volume delineation of GTV.4?BV and PS images combine with conventional CT images in the cervical carcinoma radiotherapy target volume delineation of GTV is better for precise radiotherapy than conventional CT images.It have certain clinical application value for the cervical carcinoma radiotherapy.
