Objective:To investigate the effect and the mechanism of warm needling on learning and memory and the expression of CaMK Ⅱ in brain PFC areas after morph-ine withdrawal Rats.To reveal the mechanism of function in treating morphine with-drawal.Method:We selected 56 SD male rats that divided randomly into four groups:control group, model group, acupuncture group, warm needling group.A rat model of morphine withdrawal was made by dorsal subcutaneous injections of day-by-day incremental morphine,5 days in all(twice a day).3h after the last injection rats were injected naloxone injection by intraperitoneal injection for rapid withdrawal. We observed different groups rats by following methods:The rats’ learning ability and memory were tested by Morris watermaze. The expression of CaMK Ⅱ activity in encephalic PFC was determined by immunohistochemical method in each group of rats. The SPSS 17.0 Statistics software was used to analyse datas of variance,P<0.05 said differences,P<0.01 said significant differences statisticallyResult:After morphine withdrawal, compared with model group, the platform escape latency was significantly shorter in the warm needling group(P<0.01).The average grey value of CaMK Ⅱ was significantly higher in the warm needling group(P<0.01)Conclusion:While all eviate withdrawal symptoms.Warm needling can improve spatial learning ability and memory in morphine withdrawal rats.It may be related to adjusting the expression of CaMK Ⅱ in brain PFC after morphine withdrawal. |
