Clinical Observation Of Multi-target Therapy On Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Object:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of cyclophos-phamide(CTX)combined cyclosporin(CsA)and steroid in the treatment of refractory idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN).Methodology:sixty cases who wore proved IMN through biopsy,were diagnosed with nephritic syndrome.The male to female ratio was 37:23,aged 18?74 years old.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each grpup contained thirty cases.The treatment group were given three drugs with Smal l dose,induction therapy,CTX and CsA,The for control group were given therapy and CTX with conven-tional dose,and both group continued for therapeutical period of 6 months.The main evaluation index for the complete remission rate(CR)and partial remission(PR),and observe the adverse reactions of two groups and the therapeutic effect.Results:After two groups of schemes were treatment for 3 months and 6 months,has reduced urine protein,albumin increased,but the multi targeted treatment group reduce urinary protein and albumin increased degree was higher than that of control group,the efficiency rate was higher than that of control group.Conclusion:Multi-target for inhibiting immune therapy in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy fast onset of action,high efficiency,less adverse reaction,good tolerance of patients.
