| Objective Based on the five-pattern the personality theory of traditional Chinese medicine under the local culture,the resting state f MRI functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI),the use of low frequency oscillation Amplitude(Amplitude of low frequency,ALFF)and local consistency(Regional Homogeneity,Re Ho)of the local research methods to explore the brain function and the Chinese medicine five states the relationship between personality traits,for personality traits under the background of the neurobiological mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine to provide evidence to support from neuroimaging,and for the development of five states the personality theory of traditional Chinese medicine to provide theoretical basis for biology.Methods(1)through the Posting of posters and We Chat public platform,a total of 220 people were recruited,including 98 males and 122 females.For the subjects who volunteered to join and conform to the admission criteria,they collected the demographic information,the five-state personality information of traditional Chinese medicine and the f MRI information of the resting state.(2)based on the MATLAB platform,the data were preprocessed,analyzed and presented by using SPM8,DPABI,REST,Brain Net and SPSS 19.0 software;Results(1)in this study,the brain area with positive correlation between the score of the solar dimension and the local conformance is the right temporal gyrus.The negative related brain regions include sixth regions of the cerebellum and bilateral lingual gyrus.In addition,there is a positive correlation between the score of the solar dimension and the Slow-4(0.027~0.073Hz)frequency band of the right fusiform gyrus and the low frequency oscillation amplitude of the right caudate nucleus.(2)in this study,the local consistency of Shaoyang dimensions and various brain regions do not exist significant positive correlation.The brain regions with negative correlation include the left fusiform gyrus and the left lingual gyrus.In addition,the scores of Shaoyang and right inferior temporal gyrus,right hippocampus,right amygdala,right cingulate gyrus,bilateral caudate,right orbital frontal gyrus of the low frequency oscillation amplitude of Slow-5(0.01~0.027Hz)had a positive correlation with the band,bilateral inferior temporal gyrus,left hippocampus,left fusiform gyrus,left insula,left orbital superior frontal gyrus,bilateral cingulate low-frequency oscillation amplitude of Slow-4(0.027~0.073Hz)positive correlation band.(3)in this study,there is a positive correlation between the score of Yin-Yang peace scale and the local consistency of the right anterior wedge,the right superior parietal gyrus,the right upper border gyrus,the right lateral gyrus and the right occipital gyrus.There was no significant negative correlation with the local conformance of each brain region.Besides,there is a positive correlation between the score of Yin-Yang peace scale and the low frequency oscillation amplitude Slow-5(0.01~0.027Hz)frequency of the low frequency oscillation amplitude of the right anterior central gyrus,the right posterior central gyrus,the bilateral superior parietal gyrus and bilateral parietal lobules.There is a positive correlation between the Slow-4(0.027~0.073Hz)frequency band and the low frequency oscillation amplitude of the left parapital lobule and the left top.(4)in this study,there was a positive correlation between the score of Shao Yin dimension and the top,right posterior central gyrus,right temporal gyrus,right upper frontal gyrus,right inferior frontal gyrus,right insula,right lateral superior frontal gyrus and right middle frontal gyrus.There was no significant negative correlation with the local conformance of each brain region.In addition,there was a negative correlation between the score of the lower Yin dimension and the Slow-4(0.027~0.073Hz)frequency band of the bilateral orbital frontal gyrus and the low frequency oscillations in the bilateral frontal gyrus.There is no correlation with the frequency band of low frequency oscillation amplitude Slow-5(0.01~0.027Hz)in each brain region.(5)in this study,and the scores of the 2 dimensions of foot Taiyin left cerebellar area and right occipital gyrus,right superior temporal gyrus,right inferior temporal gyrus,right cuneus,right precuneus,right superior parietal gyrus local consistency negatively correlated with left medial frontal gyrus,bilateral local consistency buckle back there is a positive correlation.In addition,the score of Taiyin and bilateral medial frontal gyrus,left cingulate gyrus frequency oscillation amplitude of Slow-5(0.01~0.027Hz)had a positive correlation with the band,right occipital gyrus,right cuneus,left superior parietal gyrus frequency oscillation amplitude of Slow-5(0.01~0.027Hz)is negatively related to frequency.There is no significant correlation with the frequency band of low frequency oscillation amplitude Slow-4(0.027~0.073Hz)in each brain region.Key words: traditional Chinese medicine,five-state personality;Static functional magnetic resonance;Local consistency;Amplitude of low-frequency oscillation;Conclusion The five state personality trait of Chinese medicine has biological basis similar to other personality traits,mainly in the brain regions related to extraversion and neuroticism,including frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,prewedge-shaped lobe,fusiform gyrus,cingulate gyrus,amygdaloid nucleus,hippocampus and so on.The brain function area with a positive positive character is less than that of yin and Yang,or with a larger personality trait.In addition,with the increase in the proportion of negative attributes in personality traits,the functional brain areas involved in emotional processing and self awareness are enhanced.This study provides evidence from imaging studies for the biological basis of the five state personality theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It lays the foundation for the follow-up study. |
