Objective:Through the observation of relationship between the number and level of ideal cardiovascular health indicators and the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients, this paper means to instruct patients to strictly control controllable high-risk factors, increase the number of universal cardiovascular health indicators, improve the degree of individual cardiovascular health indicators, delay the progression of coronary heart disease, and promote disease prevention. Methods:One hundred and seven patients with concurrent coronary angiography in our hospital were randomly selected for chest discomfort.Based on the seven indicators of ideal cardiovascular health, the number and level of cardiovascular health indicators were calculated.Coronary angiography was performed to observe the lesion of left main trunk, left anterior descending artery, left circumflex artery, right coronary artery, and other branch arteries.Gensini method was used to calculate the score of the angiography and evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Measured data were expressed as mean add or subtract standard deviation(`x ± s).The mean value was compared by analysis of variance.t-test was used for comparison between groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between the number of ideal grades and the Gensini score. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:With the increase number and grade of ideal cardiovascular health indicators,Gensini score showed a trend of gradual decline, which lead to a negative correlation.r =–0.514,P?0.001,the difference was statistically significant.Patients with 5 to 7 cardiovascular ideal indicators only accounted for 7.48% of the total numbers. In this study,no patients were found with seven cardiovascular ideal indicators. There was a statistically significant difference between Gensini score and ideal cardiovascular health score in coronary heart disease group and non-CHD group,P<0.001.Conclusion:The more ideal cardiovascular health indicators and higher grade patients have, the lower Gensini score, the higher the total score and the lighter degree of coronary artery lesions they are with.
