Objective: Research the fluid theory instruction value for lung cancer treatment,so as to find the rules of fluid lesions and formula medicine in treating lung cancer to guide clinical application.Methods:From lung cancer treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the present situation spread the discuss,through the analysis,find body fluid deficiency or run obstacle is the key to the development of lung cancer,and combing the theory of fluid system,explore the basic pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and priscreption of fluid theory for the treatment of lung cancer.Combing fluid in the system on the basis of the theory origin center lung physiology and pathology on the theory of fluid,combined with medicine pathologic classification and relevant evidence-based medical evidence,analysis of lung squamous carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma different pathophysiological process,on the basis of this understanding,elaborate the characteristics of lung cancer treatment and prescription drugs.Conclusion:1.jin,which is rich in energy liquid,ye is rich in nutrients,On the distribution and function of the lungs,jin associated with liquid squamous epithelium and ye associated with glandular epithelium.2.Fluid pathological changes is the initiating factor in lung cancer and throughout the whole lung cancer pathological changes,t Lung squamous carcinoma is given priority to with the pathological changes of jin,lung adenocarcinoma is given priority to with the pathological changes of ye,jin is the core of lung squamous carcinoma pathological physiology,and ye is the core of lung adenocarcinoma pathology physiology.3.Yi jin method is the basic treatment of lung squamous carcinoma,wen ye method is the basic treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.
