Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Senile Pneumonia Complicated With Gastrointestinal Dysfunction By Benefiting Vital Energy And Fu-unblocking Decoction

Objective:Through randomized controlled methods,this paper observe the effect of the influence of clinical symptoms and signs,APACHE II score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score and inflammatory index on senile pneumonia and gastrointestinal dysfunction by Benefiting Vital Energy and fu-unblocking therapy.Evaluating the clinical curative effect of the treatment of senile pneumonia with gastrointestinal dysfunction by Benefiting Vital Energy and fu-unblocking method.Methods: Objec as syndrome of "deficiency of viscera and Qi" in elderly patients with pneumonia complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction.According to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group(combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine)and control group(routine treatment of Western Medicine),44 cases in each group.the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine.According to the Benefiting Vital Energy and fu-unblocking therapy,choiced liujunzi decoction and potent purgative decoction.Conventional treatment include conventional oxygen therapy,anti infection,correct electrolyte imbalance and acid-base balance,support treatment.The observation time of 14 days.To observe the efficacy index(the first exhaust time,first defecation time,the number of bowel sounds,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,APACHE II score,CPIS score,lactic acid,TCM syndrome,inflammation index)and safety indicators.Results:1.the baseline data of the two groups are consistent and comparable;2.In the treatment group,improvement of Gastrointestinal dysfunction score and ofclinical symptoms and signs are better than the control group,compare the clinical efficacy of Gastrointestinal function after treatment in two groups: the control group the total effective rate was 62.8%,the total efficiency of treatment group was 78.6%,the effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).3,the APACHE II score,CPIS score and lactic acid of the treatment group and the control group were decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4,After treatment,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin of the treatment group and the control group all showed a downward trend.the level of inflammatory index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).5,there was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P >0.05).the discharge compliance rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)Conclusion: Curative effect of Benefiting Vital Energy and fu-unblocking Decoction of pneumonia in the elderly patients with Gastrointestinal dysfunction is definite;Benefiting Vital Energy and fu-unblocking Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of senile pneumonia with gastrointestinal dysfunction,increased gastrointestinal motility,reduce inflammation,reduce the severity of illness.
