| Objective: To compare and evaluate the effect of air wave pressure therapy combined with rehabilitation training and routine rehabilitation exercise after TKA in the treatment of limb swelling,provide guidance for clinical rehabilitation.Methods: In this study,60 patients with hemi TKA accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteriathe selected from TCM Hospital of Sichuan Province/The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM,Sichuan Province Hospital Department of orthopedics,30 patients of the observation group using air wave pressure therapy combined with rehabilitation training;30 patients of the control group using the project of routine rehabilitation exercise.At different time points were recorded in the resting state Thigh and shank Circumference,visual analogue score,knee range of motion,quadriceps strength.Results:(1)Compare two groups of patients with postoperative limb weeks of leg diameter,comparison between groups,the preoperative and postoperative 1 d,no difference between the two groups of patients,no statistical significance.In 3 d,7 d,postoperative observation weeks of leg diameter changes of the patients group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant;Comparison group,postoperative observation group 1 d were compared with postoperative 7 d after the difference was statistically significant;The control group postoperative observation group 1 d were compared with postoperative 7 d after the difference was statistically significant.(2)Observation group 3 d after operation,7 d vas score significantly lower than the control group,there are statistically significant;Preoperative and postoperative 1 d VAS score between the two groups have no obvious difference,no statistical significance;Group comparison,observation group and control group after1 d were compared with postoperative 3 d,7 d after operation difference had statistical significance.(3)Postoperative observation group 3 d,7 d numerical significantly greater than the control group,the knee joint mobility was statistically significant;Two groups of patients in postoperative 1 d,no obvious difference,the knee joint mobility has no statistical significance.Group comparison,observation group and control group after 1 d were compared with postoperative 3 d,7 d afteroperation difference had statistical significance.(4)3 d,7 d after surgery,observation group of patients quadriceps muscle recovery were superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant.And 1 d after surgery,two groups of patients with no difference between the quadriceps muscle power,no statistical significance.Group comparison,observation group and control group after 1 d were compared with postoperative 3 d,7 d after operation difference had statistical significance.Conclusion: In the present study,the efficacy of the observation group and the control group were satisfactory,The observation group with air wave pressure treatment device can effectively eliminate swelling and improve the pain,knee joint activity,lower limb muscle strength significantly,the advantage is more prominent. |
