Objective:The clinical and endoscopic features of 1745 cases of duodenal ulcer were analyzed, and the occurrence and distribution of duodenal ulcer were discussed in order to provide a better basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:The clinical data of 1745 patients with duodenal ulcer who underwent gastroscopy in our endoscopy room from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed.Results:19432 cases were examined by gastroscopy in 2 years,1745 cases of duodenal ulcer were detected, including 1279 males and 466 females, with a total detection rate of 8.98%;the incidence rate was the highest in the 41~65 age group, accounting for 57.42%(1002/1745).Simple duodenal ulcer 89.86%(1568/1745),composite ulcer 10.14%(177/1745).The incidence of ulcer location from high to low was followed by bulb 93.07%(1624/1745),the anterior wall of 4.13%(72/1745)and descending part 2.81%(49/1745).The shape of ulcer was mainly round shaped 67.74%(1182/1745),followed by frost and line shape. In autumn and winter, the peak of duodenal ulcer is detected, and the detection rate is lowest in summer. Conclusions:The incidence of duodenal ulcer was more common in 41~65 age group;Male is more than female;Ulcers occur in the duodenal bulb; The shape is mainly round like; The peakof detection is in autumn and winter;Endoscopy is an effective means to detect duodenal ulcer.
