| Objective:To take NAFLD patients as the research object,Set up a normal control group,To study the correlation with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease between the serum HGFandPCIII.The purpose is to provide the basis for the clinical determination of the degree of NAFLD disease,and to provide a clinical and universal serum marker for the laboratory diagnosis of NAFLD.Methds:From November 2016 to November 2017,68 patients with NAFLD in our outpatient department and inpatient department were selected,and 15 normal controls.from November 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled and divided into groups according to standard of diagnosis with Abdominal ultrasound.To collecte and processe the clinical data and calculate BMI and WHR of patients.To undergo the blood biochemical examination,routine blood test,blood lipid tes,Applicatting ELISAto detect the serun hepatocyte growth facto(HGF),Procollagen type three(PCIII),fastinginsulin(INS)levels,The computational formula of HOMA-IR((homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance)was HOMA-IR= fasting serum insulin(IU/L)X fasting glucose(mM/L)/22.5.Using SPSS20.0 statistical software and appropriate statistical methods for data processing.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of BMI,WHR,cholinesterase,ALT,AST,TG,TC,LDL,DBIL,INS,HGF,PCIII and HOMA-IR were significantly increased in the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group.In the NAFLD group,BMI,ALT,AST,HGF,PCIII,and HOMA-IR were correlated with the degree of NAFLD fatty liver.Non-fatty liver,mild,moderate and severe fatty liver were identified.HOMA-IR and HGF were positively correlated with BMI,,WHR,ALT,AST,CHE,TC,LDL and INS respectively(p<0.05).PCIII was positively correlated with BMI,AST,and LDL and had no significant correlation with WHR,ALT,CHE,TC and INS.There was a positive correlation between the degree of fatty liver in HGF,PCIII and HOMA-IR group and NAFLD group(P<0.05).PCIII had no diagnostic value for mild or moderate fatty liver.When the cutoff value was 3.91 ng/L,it could be diagnosed as severe fatty liver;Combined detection of PCIII and serum HGF can improve its diagnostic specificity and reduce false negative rate.Conclusion:Serum HGF and PCIII levels were significantly higher in NAFLD group and positively correlated with NAFLD group’s degree of fatty liver.Serum HGF and PC III levels could be used as non-invasive diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver and the laboratory indicators of the degree of judgment,clinical diagnosis of non-alcoholic Fatty liver has certain guiding significance. |
