Objective:The epidemiological investigations showed that the prevalence of chronic kidney disease was 8-16% all over the world, and 10.8% in China.By the end of 2014,there were 395,121 dialysis patients in China.Early detection, early treatment and the improvement of the lives of patients with chronic renal disease have become a major challenge in China's medical treatment.Methods:1.Participants: the patients, without severe cerebrovascular sequela, acute peritonitis and cute pulmonary edema, accepted peritoneal dialysis for more than 3 month during the period from April to October in 2017.2.Methods: The questionnaires including three parts:(1)general situation:(i).nutritional status: detection of serum albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(Hb),the body index determination(MAMC)and grip strength(HGS).The modified quantitative subjective global assessment(MQSGA)was used;(ii).microinflammation: determination of serum high sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP);(iii).Residual renal function: 24 h urine volume;(iv).peritoneal transport function: peritoneal balance test(PET).(v).Dialysis sufficiency: r Kt/V,p Kt/V;(2)survival quality assessment: KDQOL-SF36;(3)cognitive function assessment: Montreal cognitive assessment scale was used;3.Statistical processing: Adopting W inspection of measurement data to normality(? = 0.10),according to the result of the test of normality using median(lower quartile ~ quartile)method for the patient's general information, cognitive function and life quality score was described.Description of counting data(such as gender, health insurance, etc.)is described in terms of the number of cases(percentages). The rank and test were used to compare the measurement data of the two groups that were not subject to normal distribution(such as the cognitive status scores between different genders). The correlation analysis of the two groups of measurement data was conducted by pearman correlation test, and spearman rank correlation test was selected according to the actual situation. The inspection level of the inspection setting is ? =0.05.Results:Age,literacy,nutritional status, remaining kidney function and dialysis adequacy were related to cognitive function of PD patients, among which age and literacy had significant effects.Age,ALB,MQSGA,hs-CRP,kt / v of residual kidney were associated with end-stage renal disease and SF36.The total score of cognitive function was related to stress and working state of kidney disease. Conclusion:General conditions such as age, nutritional status, microinflammation, residual renal function and so on will have different degrees of impact on the quality of life of PD patients. At the same time, age, education, nutritional status, residual renal function and dialysis adequacy will also have different degrees of impact on cognitive function, cognitive function and quality of life also has its correlation.
