Objective:Cell-assisted fat lipotransfer is a new method to improve the retention rate of fat,but its related clinical studies are few,and the reported clinical effects are quite different. The purpose of this study was to conduct a meta-analysis of ralated RCT and no-RCT trials published between January 1,2008 and March 14,2018,to Evaluate the clinical effects and provide evidence for the clinical application of this technology and provide clues for further research.Method:The PRISMA statement was used as the report specification, and the major Chinese and English databases(Manifest,CNKI,CBM,VIP,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library)were searched, and the literature was selected according to the exclusion criteria. The retention rate of fat was used as an evaluation index, followed by literature bias risk assessment, data extraction, data analysis, heterogeneity test, sensitivity analysis, and publication bias assessment. To reduce heterogeneity, subgroup analyses were performed on different fat graft sites.Result:A total of 8 articles were included in the meta-analysis,and the literature data were heterogeneous(P<0.00001,I~2=98%).The retention rate of fat in the CAL group was higher(21.46%)than that in the traditional fat grafting group.Sensitivity is good and there is a publication bias.Subgroup analysis showed that the facial fat grafting group had greater heterogeneity(P<0.00001,I~2=98%),the retention rate of fat in the CAL group was higher(18.85%)than that in the traditional fat grafting group. The heterogeneity of the breast fat grafting group was small(P=0.27,I~2=25%),there was no significant difference in the the retention rate of fat between the CAL group and the traditional fat grafting group. The arm fat grafting group included only 1 literature. The retention rate of fat in the CAL group was higher(64.60%)than that in the traditional fat grafting group. Conclusion:The results of this study show that cell-assisted fat lipotransfer can significantly improve the retention rate of fat,the effect of facial fat grafting is clear, and the effect of breast fat grafting is not clear. At the same time,we also look forward to more relevant high-quality clinical research, especially about the breast fat grafting.
